Greg checked me in and he was great! I didn’t have an appointment and I did have to wait but her worked me in as quickly as he could. He was very kind and helpful.
The PA was nice but she should have told me about treatment options and explained why I couldn’t be prescribed a certain medication due to an interaction with another drug. Instead I went home found out about a medication I couldn’t have been prescribed and when I tried to call urgent care the phones didn’t work. Apparently this is a common problem at this facility which is unacceptable. I drove back to talk to the PA just to find out u couldn’t take the medication. Something that should have been told me prior and I should have been able to call and ask about.
This cost me $179 for no help other than telling me I had Covid. I could have take. The test for free at home. I also asked for a z-pac due to a pending sinus infection and she said I would have to come back in 2 weeks and basically pay for another visit.
I was not happy about the amount of time I wasted and never really got any help. The only positive experience was Greg.

I had an appointment there because I had been very sick. The moment I walked in and was greeted by the front desk to help me . She was great helping me do what I needed to do. My appointment was at 8:20 but went back at 8:10 . I walked out at 8:50. I have never went to a Urgent Care that was quick and efficient. All of the staff was courteous and very polite. I would highly recommend going there if you need to.

Lindsay , the PA @ Physicians Regional Urgent Care was excellent. I wish I remembered that I could have made an online appointment ! I walked in early afternoon on Friday & was told the next available time was 4 PM, so I booked it & returned at that time. I had a 45 minute wait @ 4 PM….understandable . Check in person was very friendly & helpful. As my primary care Dr is at PR, all my records were accessible online. While it’s a good choice for cold/flu symptoms , etc. please note that they do not have an X-ray machine, etc so it’s best to go ER for broken bones etc .

I was told by my Doctor's office. It was okay to just walk in! But, I found out that I should have booked my time online. However, the nice person at the desk put me in line and they got me in within a 1/2 an hour, which was pretty good. The Doctor was very helpful with my eye problem and the appointment was just fine.

My appointment was at Pine Ridge but due to an illness we were moved to Thomason Dr. After a rather long wait I was able to see the PA from Pine Ridge that I had worked with before. Jessica is great, Patient, kind and listens to you. I would hope to find her again if I need care.

The experience was good , Jessica was very understanding. The wait was very long like 2 hours . When they sent the blood work results they called and said it was not my urine they made a mistake and to come back and give another sample.
That’s not good.
