This is a an amazing establishment! All of the staff are wonderful! I very much enjoy working with the PA Jennifer Wagner. She is very attentive, thorough and understanding! The whole experience was met with kindness, efficiency, and expertise. I would like to Especially commend Alban who was the first person I saw and followed through until I left the recovery room. I appreciated Dr. Cohen coming in to speak with me beforehand as well as the anesthesiologist, Dr. Joe. The nurses were superb.

My therapist, Laura, was very good. She helped me with things that I could do at home after my therapy was over and it was everything that I could do with things I had here at the house. Not. I didn't have to go by anything. She also gave me some stretchy bands after my last appointment to make it easier for me to do a couple of the exercises. Period the office was extremely helpful to me to accommodate my schedule.And sometimes I had to make a change in appointments.And they worked with me to make that happen.So I appreciated everything that they did for me.Thanks for the opportunity to give them a big a plus by

From start to finish I had a wonderful experience. The 2 RN’s that took care of me were the best I have ever had. The one that put my IV in did it so well I didn’t feel it and never bruised after which is incredibly rare for me. The Nurse Anesthesiologist was amazing and completely understood what I needed even without me saying anything. I have had 2 procedures at this hospital and I wish I could have all of them there. I also have to give my doctor props she is so sweet and amazing. Thank you

The services were great and communication was excellent from the Nurses to the Doctors and Case management! Thankful for the care that was given to my dad and the patience that the medical staff had. It was stressful and overwhelming but they made it so much smoother for me and my family. As a former employee for Physicians Regional, I got to see the patient care from a visitors perspective. Would highly recommend this hospital. Gorgeous facility!! God bless you all.

I recently visited the ER after a car accident in which I suffered a broken hand, and my experience was highly disappointing due to the lack of professionalism from the medical staff.

The doctor who initially saw me was dismissive and unprofessional. At one point, he even said, “I have a lot going on right now, and I’m all over the place,” before instructing the nurses to handle the rest of my care. This was extremely concerning, as I expected a higher level of attentiveness and reassurance during a stressful time.

Additionally, when I asked if my hand had any other fractures, the doctor told me he would double-check but never returned with an answer. This lack of follow-through made me feel neglected and uncertain about the extent of my injury.

To make matters worse, I was advised to follow up with a specific doctor, but despite multiple attempts to reach out, they never answered my calls. This left me scrambling to find proper aftercare on my own.

Overall, this ER visit left me feeling frustrated and overlooked. I understand that medical professionals can be busy, but patient care should never be compromised. I hope the hospital takes steps to ensure better communication and professionalism in the future.

I was recently hospitalized for 7 days at Physicians Regional on Pine Ridge. From the ER to admission on a floor to the care received over 7 days everything was excellent. The nursing staff was exceptional. The covering doctors were great. The meals were very good. This is a great hospital.
