Normally I go to Cape location... But they were booked. Dr. Martin was kinda rude to me the whole time.
Dr. Wiggins is my son's primary Dr... We love Dr.Wiggins though. He is at both Cape and Lehigh location.

I have been taking both of my kids here for a while I love Dr. celebrado but today I had the most amazing experience in there yet, todays was shots day for my 4 years old, he is not an easy one but Mrs. Willa Williams make our visit super smooth, she was very kind, happy, professional and had an awesome energy, she connected with the my son immediately and she got the hands of an angel, shots were quick and minimum mommy/baby cry. Girl if you read this your are amazing !!!!

Please don’t let the negative reviews get to you. I’ve had to switch from 2 pediatricians in the past 7 years and have never had a good experience until switching here. They are so comprehensive and kind. They understood my concerns about my child's health and never dismissed how we felt. The wait in the room wasn’t long even thought I had called for an appointment the same day. David Butler was amazing and I really want to thank him for making my kids first time here comfortable for them.

My son visited this office 5 times in the past month. Just two days ago being one of those times. The dr who saw him told my husband he had a rash from “drool” when my husband told me that I was so confused considering this rash is ALL OVER his body. I’m talking about it’s on the bottoms of his feet!!!!!!!! This morning his rash looks even worse!!! Because it’s not from drool. It’s HAND FOOT AND MOUTH DISEASE that is highly contagious!!! Then the nurse I just spoke to has the nerve to justify it by saying there’s no treatment for it. That might be true, however it would have been nice to know what he had then considering how HIGHLY CONTAGIOUS it is. My poor boy is so uncomfortable and has blisters on his legs!!!! “From drool” according to them. I’m completely 100% outraged and highly disappointed. Seems like they just want kids coming back over and over again to collect money from insurance companies and move on to the next kid.

After 10+ years taking my kids to PPC, I am switching them. As much as we love Dr Rodriguez, the office staff is absolutely terrible. Today my two kids had a sick apt with Dr Martin scheduled for 1:40. We saw many kids come and go before mine were called back so I asked the lady at the front desk (Aremy?) to double check my kids were checked in. She responded with “Dr Martin is running behind, I don’t know what to tell you.” And laughed to her coworkers. When the nurse approached to take us to the back she laughed and says “you’re taking too long I guess.” After 2++ hours waiting, dealing with disrespect and the nickle and diming this office does, my four kids will be moving to another pediatrician.

Since our first visit the office had been giving my girlfriend a postpartum depression form the file out. No one went over the form it was only collected. Almost 3 months later, we discovered we were being billed $20 for each of the postpartum forms. Not only were we never told that there is a charger for filling out the forms, but my girlfriends insurance information was never collected.

My son will be 6 in March and we have been with PPC since he was born. We LOVE all of the doctors at PPC (We have seen Dr.Celebrado, Dr.Martin, Dr.Butler, Dr. Wiggins, and Dr.Nicholson). We wanted our son to like the doctors office and not be scared so we introduced him to several different doctors while attending various appointments for a little over a year and then let my son pick the doctor he likes most, because HE got to pick and felt like HIS OPINION mattered he LOVES seeing his bestie Dr. Butler. He tells everyone he has the best doctor ever, and hes never cried before or after an appointment unless he got shots and even then Dr. Butler has a super cool personality and always has my son smiling again before we walk out of the office. Dr.Butler has never dismissed or belittled my concerns with my child. Any referals we've needed have been immediately resolved within 24-48 hours. PPC has several locations in Lee county we have been to all 3 and all are clean, nice, and properly maintained offices. If you are looking for a practice that is open 6 days a week and want the opportunity to see more than just 1 doctor in your network (for a second opinion, or alternative medical care) the options are there and they never make you feel bad for seeing a different doctor than your last visit. Thank you PPC and all of your staff for taking care of my son so well!

THE WORST doctors office ever in LIFE! I called to schedule an appointment for my son to be seen. I was told they are not able to see my son because I decided to delay vaccinating my newborn. They stated they are pro-vaccines and that my newborn has been discharged! Therefore, I cannot have my son seen there anymore, who is VACCINATED might I add. My son has been a patient of theirs and has been vaccinated, so to discharge my children without my notice or approval is unsatisfactory.
