I had such a wonderful experience during my visit to urgent care. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly patient, kind, and understanding. They made me feel so comfortable and truly listened to my concerns without rushing me, which I appreciated more than I can say.

What meant even more to me was how sweet and attentive they were to my kids who came with me. They went out of their way to make sure my little ones felt welcomed and at ease, even though they weren’t the patients. It made a stressful situation so much easier for all of us.

Thank you to the entire team for being so compassionate and professional — it really makes a difference. I’m so grateful for the care we received and wouldn’t hesitate to come back if we ever need to.

I usually go to Hoover Urgent Care but lately have been dissatisfied. Tried this place yesterday and EVERYONE was great! 😊 they were attentive, caring and thoughtful! Would highly recommend.

The staff is very understanding. I came in at 7:47 they closed at 8. They listened to what I had going on and attended to me. It's been a day now and I feel much better already.

My daughter woke up with a sore throat. We were able to walk in and seen very quickly. Very knowledgeable staff. The NP, Justin Lewis took the time to review symptoms plan and offered great solutions. The staff nurse, Stacey was nice and very helpful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS URGENT CARE LOCATION!

I was a walk-in patient and the check-in process was really quick and easy. The staff treated me very nice and delivered great care. The office was immaculately clean and free from debris and clutter. My son had a good experience here a month ago and even though I have the option of choosing a facility where I would have no copay I decided to give them a try. I’m so glad I chose them for my treatment and I have already recommended this facility to a friend.

The staff were very kind and friendly as soon as we walked in the door. The lady at the front was helpful and sweet. The nurse and provider were both thorough and very good with my daughter. The best part? We were in and out in under an hour during flu season! 20/10
