I went in on Easter Sunday 2025 for poison ivy. Never used them before. I went because of their high reviews on Google Places. I was not disappointed. Their facility is very clean and new. Their staff was superbly friendly and accommodating. I was impressed by their easy registration process. I recommend them as an urgent care facility and will probably return as future needs arise.

Everything about this appointment was great. Everyone from front desk the nurse and nurse practitioner was great. It was very clean from front to back. They were very friendly. They took the time to hear me out and answered all of my questions. The Nurse Practitioner was very thorough. My first visit to this Urgent Care was very positive. I highly recommend this place for your Urgent Care needs.

Great experience!!! Quick, booked with Solv, clean facility, everyone was so nice! My daughter loved the animated video playing and then the giant touchscreen in the exam room. We stayed entertained the whole time we were there (which wasn’t long). We saw Darby, and she made sure we had a school excuse that covered us for more than one day. She also let us know that she wouldn’t be at work on Tuesday in case we needed to reach out but others in the office would be.

This clinic was pretty fast about seeing me and my family and the staff were nice. My issue with this clinic is the billing department. My family all visited at the same time and received several billing requests that stated a zero balance then a $35 copay balance. After resubmitting the claims, we were finally down to one family member owing a copay and it wasn't me. Well, here we are weeks later and I receive a request for payment (previously had a $0 balance) for a $35 copay and the rest of the family now had a $0 balance on their accounts! I'm not sure what's going on but I did go ahead and pay the copay but I will likely not be going back unless it is very last resort.

Quick, efficient, and thorough. Everyone there made me feel welcome. The nurse practitioner, Kimberly Kelly, was thorough in her exam and took time to explain to me the results of all tests. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and reassuring. I highly recommend Physician’s Care Walk-in Clinic.

Better than primary care Dr and listens to the patient's. That's hard to come by. Listened to me vent too. Got treated quick and strong. Should feel better today with the shots. Very personable staff and very friendly. I choose them of American family care anyday. Clean facility as well

From the time I walked in Physician’s Care to the time I received care, I was greeted with kindness. From the Aniayah the receptionist, to the patient care tech, to the nurse practitioner, Lexcie and Valencia, my experience was outstanding. I couldn’t ask for a better team of caring, professional young ladies. I will definitely visit this facility again and refer family and friends as well.
