I missed a call from them in which they told me they had important instructions for my appointment and to call them back. I tried to call them back less than 30 min after they called and a mean answering service screamed at me they weren't taking calls. Frustrating experience.

I was picking up a friend. She was the patient. She said her experience was really good. I was impressed that the pickup time was within 10 minutes of what they had told her. She was glad to see all the Covid safety measures they had for their patients and staff.
