Dr Laca was very respectful and friendly, the atmosphere was very peaceful and welcoming. The office was very clean and everyone including front desk receptionist and employees were very pleasant. I was very pleased with my visit and would definitely recommend this doctor’s office to anyone in need of amazing care and a good physician.

PCC Lauderdale Lakes is an excellent place to receive a checkup. The front desk staff is outstanding, and the doctors and nurses are phenomenal at what they do. If you're looking for a world-class health checkup, there's no better place than PCC.

At the front desk, Yanique is kind, patient, and easy to talk to about any appointment-related issues. The manager, Mynesha, is not only down-to-earth but also a great leader, skilled communicator, and adept at making critical decisions when situations get challenging. Lastly, Nurse Iris is exceptional, not only in providing care but also in breaking the ice and helping you feel comfortable during your checkup.

There's so much more to say about this place, but it would be best if you experienced it for yourself.

After a misunderstanding regarding the referral process for a very urgently needed appointment, my son contacted the office and spoke to Demetria who obviously could not have cared less. Due to the serious nature of his condition, I joined him in a second call to the office to request that an urgent message be forwarded to Dr. B. Without any meaningful response to the request, Demetria indicated that she’d pass on the message and abruptly hung up. She just rudely hung up the phone. That is the epitome of unprofessional, rude and nasty. If this office cares anything about their patients, she is absolutely no representation of that. That girl needs some training or needs another job.

This isn’t a one star review to reflect the Dr Behkit but more so this office. It’s always pulling teeth to get a referral sent from this office. Specialist offices requests referrals more than once and the staff here simply refuse to do it. I recently had to be denied a very important visit from a cardiologist because they FAILED to send the referral. The referral was sent twice weeks prior to the actual date. They had to call me to tell me that Dr Behkits office never sent it in. So i called the day before my appointment and I got a hold of someone who felt bad and tried to help me last minute. I appreciated the effort but it was too late as my insurance requires 24-48 hrs in order to approve it. So my appointment has to be cancelled. It’s because THIS office failed to do what they were supposed to do. I have a serious inflammatory condition that requires frequent follow ups to make sure my organs aren’t being affected. People literally die from complications and for this office to have handled me like this, is unbelievable! I will never come back here nor recommend here. Stay away if your life depends on it. They will literally cause you to have a medical emergency by not being seen by a specialist to prevent it. I literally hate this office.

Dr. Bekhit is a waste of time. She's very Bias and judgmental on her patients and definitely doesn't make you feel she has your best interest in mind. The care I've experienced with other doctors, wasn't present here.When I go to the doctors its because I need care, she will make you go multiple times before she "cares" for you. The doctor should work for the Patient, not the other way around! She cancels appointments or tried to move them up so she can leave early. I would recommend going elsewhere.
