I had decent experiences with Dr. Wilson and his office pre Covid. Since Covid it seems I can’t get an appointment without booking 3 or 4 weeks out. So now I lay on my floor with sciatic pain because they can’t squeeze me in until the 3rd week of feb. Maybe take on less patients so I can see my primary care doctor in a reasonable amount of time?

Dr Moss and her entire staff are amazing! They always answer the phone (unlike their neighbors) get you in right away. I've never waited longer than 15 mins, which is unheard of for a Dr's office. Highly recommend.

This place used to be run very well when it was run by Dr. Timmel. Unfortunately, since he left it has been completely run into the ground. The staff seems fairly inapt and incompetent and are unable to perform the most mundane of tasks.
My mother had a prescription that had been filled multiple times previously by her endocrinologist. Apparently Dr. Timmel’s replacement decided to combine two medications, having never seen my mother. This resulted in a far more expensive medication cost as she goes through Medicare. Then the changed the prescription order from 1 pill a day to 2 day. Well, they forget that means you would need 180 pills for 90 days, not 90 pills.
My mother and the Publix pharmacy have made multiple attempts to get the correct refill put in. Nobody ever responds or returns phone calls. This place is beyond an embarrassment from what it used to be.

Pediatrics is wonderful. Doctor Negron has known the kids for years, always sees us when we're worried, and is always compassionate, thoughtful, and responsive. Don't mix up negative ratings for the general practice with the pediatric office - they're two different offices.

This place has gone downhill since Dr. Negron left !!! I've given this office several chances and today was the final straw when I got put in a room to wait an hour with my one-year-old toddler and listen to Dr. Rich in the room next-door talk about Mucinex for literally 30 minutes I understand quality time with each patient is important but there are also other patients with sick children waiting!!! Done it's time to find a new doctor

Excellent practice. Dr. Negron was GREAT. Dr. Rich is very friendly, responsive and VERY thorough. Front desk and nurses are friendly. And they are accommodating to squeeze you in when possible. Overall it's a great practice, except the occasional LONG wait.

I love the staff they are always friendly. I haven’t yet seen Dr. Timmel but I do see his PA Tanya and I love her. Tanya takes time with me to listen, never rushes . I’d recommend this office to anyone!
