No words can describe the quality of their products and empathy they have for their customer's animals. I was at a loss after my 10-month-old Rhodesian Ridgeback puppy went three-legged lame, with all signs pointing to an ACL tear. Over the course of several weeks, Donna emailed me protocols to use and went above and beyond to ensure I had all the tools I needed to aid in my puppy's care. In the end, my girl fortunately did not have an ACL tear, so in addition to a good prognosis what I also was gifted was learning about these beautiful, passionate people and the quality products they've designed to aid in an animal's care and well-being.
