I have been in Phoenix for a few years now and have not found or committed to a PCP yet. Dr. Caroline is warm, doesn't treat you like a number, and trustworthy. I would definitely recommend the office for your healthcare needs. The office staff is great too.

I recently moved to Phoenix and was looking for a new PCP and found Dr. Caroline on Zodoc. I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day which I was very happy about. Upon arriving to the office I was greeted by very friendly front desk staff and taken right back to get vitals taken immediately. Dr. Caroline was so warm and friendly, she listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. I have recommended this office to multiple friends and family, if you are looking for a network of doctors that care about their patients and building long lasting relationships this is the office for you. Thank you Dr. Caroline and all of the staff at PHP!

I WISH I COULD LEAVE 0 STARS AS THIS OFFICE IS A COMPLETE JOKE. HOW DO AVOID A PATIENT ASKING QUESTIONS ABOUT THEIR BILL BE IGNORED FOR 5 MONTHS AND NOW I AM BEING HARRASSED WITH ROBO CALLS TO PAY AMOUNTS I DON'T AGREE AND DESERVES A PROPER RESPONSE MY MEDICAL CARD DOES NOT SAY BILL FOR WHATEVER YOU THINK YOUR ENTITLED TO.THIS IS DISGUSTING AS I WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WOULD NOT HAVE A JOB. Scheduled an appointment online, had to fill out forms & enter my insurance information at the same time & the day of my appointment literally 5 minutes before my appointment they call me and say they don’t accept my insurance. Very inconvenient driving 25 minutes & they inform me right before I get there when they had plenty on time to inform me or at least an hour before. Also on the website it states they are in network with my insurance, so not the best experience.
