My doctor recommended me to go here so I went here so I use my machine and I use the air app that they asked me to and my the last time that I really used it for the full month it said I was at 80%. I was told anytime that I made past 75% that it was good for me to use my CPAP machine which is compliance so I get a bill in the mail for $650 and they’re saying I’m not compliant I went back to my regular doctor. That gave me the sleep study and I told them they told me I had to come back so that they could look at everything I had a sore in my nose. That’s why I could not wear the CPAP machine my regular pulmonary doctor sent me out to an ear nose and throat specialist so I get a phone call today from Katie and I am telling Katie exactly what took place and exactly what her staff told me and she said she saw that I called in November about the 12th, but there wasn’t any notes about what they told me so my complaint was why would I tell my doctor that where did I come up with that idea? Isn’t that a good question? Wouldn’t anybody wanna know that so would I recommend them? Absolutely not you need to go somewhere else

This place is the worst most incompetent company I have ever dealt with. 3 months been waiting on masks and they just keep making excuses that they need something else from my doctor's office although I have now twice got phcs in a 3 way call with my doctor's office and both times showed the lies being told by phcs employees.my doctor's office sent exactly what was requested multiple times. I strongly advise everyone to stay as far from this company as possible. Their rating shows pretty poor I honestly don't know how it's even a 3.2 to be honest maybe a .02 be closer to what they have earned I would almost have to wonder if they've paid people to give them the good reviews they do have

Customer service is abominable. Over a week ago I brought my CPAP device to Pensacola office for repair. It was drop-in drop-off as the office no longer offers appointments for this. I was told I would be contacted when a tech was available to help. I’ve called all the phone numbers over the past two days that I’ve been given, including one the receptionist told me would be answered by the local office. Oh, when someone in Panama City office last week told me to bring the machine in to the Pensacola office, I was given the wrong hours of operation and was not told the Pensacola office had moved to another building.

I’ve had nothing but problems with PHCS. When I received my machine the tech was more interested in her telephone, when my machine had issues a month later I was told that they completely changed the staff … the new staff said that the machine was fixed, I questioned them about how they selected the machine for me. They give you what’s available and not what best fits your needs. They gave me 1 cushion and said that was good for a month, I had to argue with them that it’s recommended that you replace the cushion every 2 weeks. After 5 weeks I finally received a new cushion. Then when it was time to order my supplies, I called twice to make sure everything was ok. Well, the shipping department cancelled my order because they thought that I had an extra cushion. After another phone call and waiting days, I got a call back and they apologized for their error. Again my supplies are delayed. This isn’t good at all. I’m seriously considering changing companies. My husband has no problem with his supply company. I wouldn’t recommend PHCS to anyone! I’ve told my doctor about the issues and they said that many of their patients complain about PHCS. Their website states many times that they are all about the patients and the right equipment. My experience with them has not been that way.

I do not recommend PHCS. They over charge you for your supplies you need to maintain your equipment. Specially if you have BCBS. Their equipment is very poorly mouth kept coming disconnected from head tube connection for air flow. Had several of them sent to me like that. Ended up ordering supplies from online from different places or going to CVS or Walgreens who stock the same equipment. I usual meet my deductible half way thur the year. They still charging me and my insurance full price. I suggest talking to your insurance provider for alternatives places to get good quality supply for your Cpap or Bipap machine. I will never get my supplies from PHCS ever again. It much cheaper for me to buy my supplies online. An the supplies are better quality.

I was shipped a faulty device. Stoped by the Pensacola store and showed them the faulty piece. They came out latter and told me it looks the same as this one. I said yes I know it looks the same but it’s faulty. I drove 20 miles too get there. I waited after she left And she came back then started waiting on someone else . I was upset and left leaving the bad piece there . They called me on my way home and I told them I was upset and was thinking of closing my not using them. I said please ship the part too my house. She said it would cost me too have it shipped No apologies from them .She said oh so you want us to close out your account. . I would find someone else to use. I would not recommend them. Still waiting on a phone call from a manager have not heard from them. My wife used them in past and she told me not to use them. I wish I had listen too her

Worst experience ever. When I went to pick up my supplies the other day they had opened the bag and were charging me for pieces that weren't even included in the bag. Also they were double charging me for things that already came in the bag. Not to mention that once a sterile bag is opened it is no longer sterile now it is contaminated. I refused to buy the open bag and the front desk receptionist, Kennedy, had an attitude about it. I will be calling Medicare (my insurance company) and letting them know that they are selling open products that do not include all the pieces in the bag & that it has now been contaminated, which is Medicare fraud by the way. I DO NOT recommend using this facility for your sleep apnea supplies.
