Dr. Juan E. Fernandez-Maceiro and his entire team are absolutely amazing. Dr. Fernandez is so professional and caring. He's so thorough in his exams and patiently explains the evaluations and answers your questions in detail. His entire staff will treat you as family. Beginning with the front desk representatives, nurses, referral coordinators, and technicians. Five stars is not enough, to show my sincere appreciation for the time and care that Dr. Fernandez and his team gives each patient. I personally want to give them a 10 Star review. Thank you Dr. Fernandez, and your entire team for such outstanding, and excellent customer service, and for sincerely caring for each and everyone of us. May God bless you and your amazing team.

I am so grateful for Dr Soto and her Assistant Mariliz are the Best , I cant even tell you how much i appreciate all that they do for me , overall the whole staff and team are amazing ! I live literally 30 mins away and i have another office closer to my house but i rather drive 30 mins to came to this office . PHCA MEDICAL group of Osceola is the BEST Office .🩷

Giving 2 stars only because the office staff is great. I was seeing Dr. Glenda Gonzalez until the end of 2023. They assigned me now to Camacho and she has been the worst doctor I've ever had. She NEVER smiles and talks down to you. I was on 2 medications which weren't controlling my issue so I started taking the 3rd medication which was prescribed by Gonzalez. Now that I'm finally doing good with my blood work on all 3 medications, Camacho decides to take away one of the medications without upping the dosage on the 3rd just to see my condition worsen again. I do NOT recommend this Dr office!

She is very VERY knowledgeable, professional, kind and honest with her patients.

I would not recommend this place I would say one of the worst clinics I ever went. Doctors wont even look at you when in the room, no eye contact. If you had tests done they won't even follow up with you. To reach the nurse on the phone it is almost impossible. It is hard to contact them by phone, so you have to go there personally. They also code things wrong. I had a physical which is free with my insurance and they still charged me for it. They said if I don't pay the balance I won't be able to see the doctor. Go at your own risk.

Easy to make appointments. Love Dr Fatima Soto, always so professional and knowledgeable. The amount of time it takes to get seen is ok. The doctor doesn't make you feel rushed, but takes time to listen to your concerns, so if she's doing that for every patient, it's worth the wait, but reality is, there's really not much wait.

The doctor I saw was extremely dismissive. She scheduled a follow up appt for three weeks later when tests were done and results ready within one week. She had no urgency to help me figure out my health problem. She also barely made eye contact with me and seemed annoyed when I asked questions about the tests performed in the ER and what they meant. Then they called a few days before the follow up appointment and cancelled because the doctor would not be in that day.

Staff were kind enough. But the doctor's behavior was enough for me to not want to come back and be disrespected again. I'm not cattle. I'm a human being and I'd like to be treated as such. Conditions and tests should be explained, and I shouldn't feel like I'm bothering you by wanting to be informed.
