PHCA Medical Group of BVL is the most thoroughly professional medical practice I've ever been fortunate enough to join as a patient. I love my Doctor - Dr. Sasha Pagan M.D. (Internal Medicine) and I'm especially impressed with her core Team of Support Staff - mainly and especially Max Cordova (Concierge) who has worked tirelessly to ensure that my health and well being is top priority. I've never worked with a Concierge who goes above and beyond for his Doctor's, Team and Patients like Man Cordova has demonstrated and exemplified for me these past 4 months. He's been instrumental in literally saving my life - He and Olivia (Office Manager) worked tirelessly to make sure that I was able to get the Diabetic Supplies and Medications I absolutely needed without which I would be presently in the hospital dealing with serious complications. Along with their team members i.e. Nashalee (Phone MA) and Wendy (Dr. Pagan's MA) - this incredible Team of Professionals backup, support and outreach ensure that Dr. Pagan's patients are more than well cared for. This Team and Medical Practice honestly due care about the human beings that are their patients.

Even if you have an appt wait time is long. If you need to call the office, they almost never answered on the phone. Even if they answer the phone, what you ask to be done, they do not do. Because of office people's mistake, I had to go back and was waiting for an hour and nothing done. I walked away. Dr Zamora is a nice doctor, but they need better hire.

I've never had a bad experience at this office. Everyone is welcoming and helpful. Wait times are much lower than anywhere else I've been. Most importantly they take their time to help. Thank you so much to Dr. Pagan and everyone there!

Dr Pagan excellent, she is professional and takes the necessary time to listen and talk to the patient. I like the fact that she likes to do labs and check what is wrong before prescribing medication. I have seen Dr Fernandez and he is very good too.

The reason I do not do 5 stars is because a few times I’ve had to call the office so the nurse can respond to my pharmacy for refills, after the call they sent it immediately. There is front desk staff is not bad but they could improve their customer service skills.

It was great! I felt very comfortable with the doctor, she went through my blood test results explaining
them step by step. The young lady that took care of me from the front desk was very sweet and polite. I'm recommending my friends and family to go there. I know they're going to like it as well.

Excelente service. I really appreciate Dr.Juan Fernández Maceiro. He is my PCP for years and I like his professionalism and his knowledge and hiw much he cares for his patients. Staff is very profesional. Thx for all you do.
