I bring both my long haired dogs to Petsmart in Ocoee to be bathed and brushed. They do a fantastic job, and are fast too. Both pups just came home and look wonderful. They are friendly and attentive at the grooming salon! Thanks!

I stopped by to grab something small for my bearded dragon and was helped by Josh! He was such great help, he was the reason I left the store with so much more than what I came for! He was very pleasant and patient! He also talked to my sister about fish and she left the store with a whole kit and is super excited to start her journey is a pet mom lol. Thank you so much Josh, you made my day a little better!

I take My bulldog for her pedicures here, Tommy does the best job. Been taking her here for over 2 years. I do think a more customer friendly protocol needs to be looked at however. Which customer takes president etc.. 1.put calls on hold when one is present in front of you. 2. Don't get a finished pet for owner until it's paid for, so ur available to assist those who walk in instead of holding a dogs leash for 20 minutes while the finished dogs owner shops etc.

Jim, the Store Manager, went out of his way to make sure my cat (who is staying with my family in Ocoee) got his prescription food after an online order debacle ensued. He proved that good customer service still exists and he went out of his way to make sure the order was processed and the one online was cancelled. Then he made sure his team was aware and this allowed for an easy pick up. I must have called a dozen times and aggravated him but he was professional and kind until the end. Thank you, Jim!

Took elderly lady that has a hard time doing paperwork and just doing things in general to get a few things and she also got a parakeet. We had shopped around for her dog and cat and i had gotten somethings for my dogs and we went to check out and ask for some help getting a bird the cashier was helpful she told us to go stand by the birds and wait for someone we could leave our stuff there and then come back after. All the employees were very helpful the one employee that helped get the parakeet was very sweet very patient. I ended up doin the paperwork for her because it was on a little phone thing so she really couldn't read it but I had asked the lady if I could help her and she said yes with no issues we had finished I was still looking for something for my dog she told us it was ok and the bird would be up at the checkout waiting on us.

My French is Chole got her paw stuck in my small cross body purse when I lifted her out of her car seat, I couldn't see how it was stuck but she was in pain, one of the customers on her way in tried to help but couldn't so I went into Pet Smart and asked the cashier if someone could help me get her unstuck. So he called the manager, who successfully got her paw out without causing physical harm. I really appreciated everyone's help. Thank you

The manager, Jim here is very rude and disrespect to customers. He keeps them waiting on the phone for 30 min and doesn’t even ask them if they can hold. Just puts you on hold. He yelled at customers in the store today and doesn’t know how to keep the store running well because the store had no employees to help. I waited for an hour for assistance and he was very rude and disrespect to me. He made snide remarks and was very narcissistic in his attitude and dealing with myself and two other guests in line. He also refused to help a lady who came in needing assistance with a refund for dog food and wouldn’t help her with the refund even though the food which was just purchased was Petsmart branded. I heard her e plain that the receipt was managed in the recent hurricane and he refused to help her even though she said her house got flooded and she didn’t have the receipt. The fact that three guests had problems and left the store without spending any more should say how badly this manager treats their customers. He could have given a store credit to myself and the other guests needed assistance but he chose to be rude and disrespectful and insulting to all three families needing assistance. He should not be a manager because in all of my experiences with Petsmart manager and in working with a lot of Petsmart through dog rescue, I have never had such a bad experience. Jim at the Ocoee Petsmart is the worst manager I have ever encountered in all of my experiences. He should find a job that brings him more happiness so he doesn’t take his unhappiness out on berating his guests and having so many customers leave this location empty handed. He clearly doesn’t want his store to do well or he would treat people with kindness, respect, and provide a good customer experience instead of a bad one, wasting my tile in not taking a return and doing the same to two other families that needed assistance even more than I did. It’s truly appalling to see how badly some managers can be at their jobs. I would not recommend this store and it’s 100% because of the lack of management from Jim. He needs to be replaced so this store can be what it once was. Very sad to see and now I know why this location is so empty.

UNIQUE PETSMART EXPERIENCE FOR 1 SCARED KITTY!
Stopped in to have him weighed for adoption. They were abandoned at my door 1 week ago - I have 5 already - need to help get them to a forever home. Frightened & Afraid he leaped from me and took off into the store. The staff jumped into action IMMEDIATELY & the scavenger hunt begun. They worked as a TEAM - NEVER gave up. My gratitude goes out to the entire staff, especially John, Jim, Nicholas, Courtney, Ashley & anyone else who helped find & rescue him. (in the dog food aisle of all places)
