After trying several other grooming services in the area, I decided to try these folks for my miniature Schnauzer. Katie does a great job and my little guy looks better than he has in a long time, great Schnauzer cut and came back looking like he should. Very impressed and would highly recommend.

I wish I could give more then 5 stars to the manager, Sue. Talk about going above and beyond for her customers. I purchased a bag of dog food, got home, opened it up to notice after dumping it into our containers that it was covered in bug and larva. I quickly called up to the store to ask what could be done. I was concerned now the bugs were inside the container it would ruin the food that was already inside and also infest the container. Sue was so kind and told me to bring the container and food back to the store. As we arrived back at the store she proceeded to dump the bug-infested food out and took my container into the back to clean it out. She was gone for a decent amount of time cleaning my container ( which she didn’t have to do ). You could tell she honestly cared about making it right,even though it was at no fault of her. After scanning the store to pick out the appropriate food for my husky, she went even more above and beyond to open the bag to ensure it was of standards and not covered in bug this time around. Once refilling my food container ( which was now 40lbs ) she even carrier it out to my car, due to the fact I had 2 small children with me. I can say confidently Sue cares about her customers and the experience we have. I normally buy only my dog food here at petsense, but after today’s experience I will be back to purchase all my animals food needs. Thank you Sue for today, you were wonderful!!!!

Had a spa day scheduled with Julia. Included bath, brush, ear cleaning and nails. The girls welcomed us warmly. Julia did a great job, as usual. Everybody is friendly and love animals. The store is clean and fully stocked. Everyone is always helpful.

Very nice, clean place with very friendly, and knowledgable people. They have a huge variety of dog food, haven't looked at the cat food because I don't have one, but I don't think you'll be disappointed in either. They also have a small, but nice, selection of various reptiles and a few kitties. They also have a good selection of various types of pet supplies, like toys, leashes, treats, etc. I doubt if you'll go wrong here.
