PHC Rohnert Park on State Farm Dr requested I get a routine blood "Lab Draw". OK, so I get outside clinic entrance & sorta stop to watch the people traffic. Then I get swarmed by plainclothes ninja security that came out-of-nowhere & wanted to know what I was doing. I understand they were just doing their job, but I'm 70 year old useless geezer. Luckily I had a good reason to be there cuz they sure spooked me. Once inside PHC's 2nd floor labs, the staff was friendly & lab results within 24 hrs to the "My Chart" app was great.

It took 36 days to get a copy of my records. This place violates HIPAA. It's a pity because the Medical staff don't suck.

Hope you don't need much cuz their Denta-Cal is not accepting new adult patients.
Medi-Cal side of PHCCA was a month wait for a Meet & Greet first appointment .
However, once you get into their network, the healthcare services are excellent including the My Chart App tool & a sweet link to the clinic.

I go here for acupuncture with Yasiman Ayat. She is a dedicated well rounded in education acupuncturist and her people are awesome. They have been taking care of me for almost a yr now. Thank you ladies!♥ I appreciate the support.

It had great service but it got confusing when it came to getting my medical file over. They asked for it printed. I handed them the massive printed file...then they wanted just the important files... but by email because they said no one is going to take the time to go thru one person's massive file.... and just getting the correct email was a hassle...to this day I have no idea if they got it or not...

It will take over a month for referrals to go through which is really bad if you have an urgent health problem. I’ve been waiting about 2 months since my referral was put in by the doctor I saw and it still has not even been sent to my insurance for approval all while my condition is worsening. I have called 4 times now and keep getting told to wait another week or that the referrals dept. will give me a call and they have not. There’s no reason anyone should have to wait a month just to get a referral approved in relation to an urgent health issue, I don’t care how understaffed you are HIRE MORE PEOPLE AND DEAL WITH IT these are peoples lives and quality of life on the line. Do not go here!! It’s extremely disorganized and unprofessional to make patients wait like this for urgent health concerns. I would be anywhere else if this weren’t the only place in Santa Rosa covered by my insurance.

As a patient here for the past 10+ years, I am happy to say that Dr. Jonathan Choe has always provided very high quality care. He is a true family doctor and sees almost my whole family and we all rave about him. He is very caring and addresses all of my concerns. Very grateful to have him as my primary doctor for all my health concerns. His staff and front desk are also very professional and respectful.

Best Medical Facility I have ever used and I am extremely picky on my physicians and care. I now have my entire family seeing Dr Pendleton. Extremely kind, through, intelligent and considerate. So happy we have this incredible faculty, physicians and staff in our community! (But I do agree the wait time on calls can take some time to get through to the agent.). Still worth the wait!
