Nice clean store. We had s small dog groomed and we used the dog wash for our med sized dog. Groomers were very nice and polite. They did seem a bit lethargic though. I had the feeling the word Fast was not in their vocabulary. Haha.
Prices for us seemed very high, but then again everything is too expensive these days

Took our dog groomed and nails trimmed, did this because our dog doesn’t like them done. We expressed this to the groomer so she was prepared. Picked her up and the groomer stated she couldn’t do her nails because our dog didn’t like it. BUT WE WERE STILL CHARGED THE FULL PRICE even though she didn’t provide the service we were paying for. On top of that the groomer was not very professional from the beginning and told us we need to give our dog, doggy Xanax. Not a very pleasant first time experience for us or our fur baby, doubt either of us (us or our baby) will be back!

I really do like this place a lot I only wish they had more especially by me in Spring Hill, FL. Good prices, clean. I've bought bearded dragons from like pet supermarket or petco and within a year they end up dying, I got my ball python from this store in 2021, and he's getting big, very healthy, no health prob at all. And I like the fact that they don't just sell there reptiles just to anyone, you have to have some past experiences... I'm sure, because they care about there reptiles and don't want them to die or be sick and end up breaking your heart by dying. 🙁 ... but it would be nice if there was another store closer to where I live. Sorry about a few of the pics he's about to shed so he likes to be under his tree, but he is a very photogenic addition in my life. I named him Brownie and he's around 3 years old and about 4 ft long. He's a very shy but friendly reptile that I love dearly. I know lots of people don't like snakes but there are some good ones out there, and I have one of them. 😉

A pet store that doesn't take care of their in store pets!!! Rescue kittens up for adoption in a cage too small for all of them with only one VERY filthy litter box that could be smelled through out the entire store!!! When I asked the female store manager and the cashier about their care she rudely replied they are UNDERSTAFFED! Really? It takes 5 minutes to change a litter box. No food or water in sight. I saw plenty of employees stocking shelves and very few customers! Makes me wonder if they are being cared for at all at this store. And you call yourself a pet store! Shame on you!

Great store. Some items are a bit pricey and they don't always have live mealworms and super worms but this is always our first stop for our pets. The employees have always been very courteous and willing to help. Our animals are always welcomed at the store as well ❤️‍🩹

Store was very organized and Staff were very friendly. My dog's birthday is the day I adopted her..8/25/2021. Purchased a birthday cake. The cashier gave me a decoration for the top and candles! Have a foster kitten, and received her with fleas and worms. Had everything I needed. You can also sign up for reward points. If you Love your pet just go
