Started out I thought was going to be okay. Last time I went in, she claimed it wouldn’t take my FSA, card we got home checked everything was set up and ready for card . It should have worked. Now fast forward to this week went to fill the rest of my prescription, she ran the debit card and it went through in our end like normal at bank. She came to window and claimed it declined. We asked to speak to pharmacist bc the charge cleared on our end. Subtracted the money says pending but always does . Instead of pharmacist coming to speak to us, he continued to run card. Another change. So then we pull around to go in as he is trying to run card again. He hasn’t at all came to speak with us yet. Showed him the bank app on phone he said no it not going through that says pending . We all know if charge is declined it says declined in our end to. So had to go atm and get cash. That 3x the payment for my medication today. I made the comment I’ll just have my script transferred after this. He smarted off saying something. Not the best customer service any more. Would not recommend at all.

The employees here will go above and beyond to take care of you. Their staff found a nebulizer for me that needed no prescription, had it delivered next day and delivered it before lunch time. Their delivery driver was super nice, the prices were great and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you need a prescription filled, or need medical equipment definitely keep them in mind!

hello people my name is Keith Bradley, I came in to the store with a perscription for a cane . here were it gets weird, I gave the lady my perscription she went and got the older lady that is in charge. with out checking my insurance she said its 55 dollars I said did you file it on my insurance.dont matter its 55 dollars. I look at my wife and said lets go the place is a ripoff. I have a 5% coinsurance pay on any medical epuiptment. so that means the cane is priced at 1000.00 for me to have a 55 dollar copays. it must have been how I was dressed. she was either stupid or didn't need my money. I wish it less than 1 star

The people there are so sweet and nice and they care. They are always fast and efficient in every thing they do. They even remembered my birthday and their birthday wishes were so heartfelt. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

This is by far one of the best pharmacies I've been too. The staff is very friendly and down to earth. They do an amazing job at remembering their customer's. They always offer free bottles of water and a couple times in the winter I think I was offered a coffee. I live in Athens and choose to drive to Decatur just for this pharmacy. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants reliable business and amazing customer service. THANK YOU PERSONAL TOUCH HEALTHCARE AND PHARMACY FOR EVERYTHING YOU DO!!

I just started coming to this pharmacy literally less than a week ago and I can say this is hands down the best place I've ever been to and worked with! I have met or spoken to a handful of people and it's so obvious that they genuinely care and there is no judgement like majority of places do, you just don't see that anymore.. it's a breath of fresh air!

I want to give a special shout-out to Ashley. She stayed on the phone with me for about 10 minutes and I felt like I was talking to someone I have known for years just because she is so personable and genuine!

I'm a sap but I felt the need to share my experience because I will be reccoment in ng y'all to anyone I talk to about this kind of stuff!
