It was my first time there and I was truly satisfied with the front office staff. All were very polite and willing to answer any questions. I was seen by PA Kelly McGuire and was truly impressed at her bedside manners, professionalism , and thoroughness. The office was also super clean. Overall my I give my visit an A+!!!

Urgent care I normally use was closed temporarily and my primary care wasn’t available. I was able to quickly and efficiently book an appointment for less than 90 minutes later. The online booking process was fantastic. I was able to select from many different locations as well as see a short bio of the provider before booking.

The location was convenient with a decent amount of patient parking. The intake process was also very quick and efficient. Had vitals and medical records verified in short order. Based on my symptoms and a brief discussion, some initial tests were initiated before seeing the provider. The whole process went smoothly and quickly. I met with the provider, Erika, who discussed my situation and gave me a thorough examination. Unfortunately, it seems that whatever condition I had/have is nearing the end and none of the diagnostic tests returned positive results. A couple of treatments were offered to address the symptoms and then I was on my way. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had in terms of being able to quickly book an appointment that was both extremely timely and convenient.

While I hope I never need to go back to this office for urgent care needs, I feel very fortunate to have been able to be seen at this clinic and I’d recommend to others.

I am extremely happy with my choice in picking the Perlman clinic. All of the staff members and doctors are extremely knowledgeable and very nice. The clinic offers a lot of services in their office, which makes it much more convenient. I can get an appointment the same day which you can’t elsewhere, kudos to Perlman!

I had my yearly check-up with Kelly Shakya, NP. She is very thorough and is always very good at ordering the lab tests I need and referring me to a specialist as needed. The whole staff at Perlman Clinic is friendly and very good at their job!

Dr. Alejandra Vasquez is one of the best doctors I have ever had. She takes her time to talk to you and explain things carefully with words I can understand. She is not one to push meds if you don't need them like others have with me. I am very glad I found her! The staff at that office are also very pleasant, efficient and helpful.
