Amazing staff and an even more amazing Doctor, Dr. Elvira Jacques. She is very attentive and takes her time to make sure you’re at ease and even goes above and beyond to look out for you and your baby. I would recommend this office many times over.

Love it , love it, love it here. Doctor Carbone helped me carry my twin pregnancy with no worries at all. Anytime I went into the hospital she communicated with me and the doctors rather she came over physically or not . Every doctors appt was very informative I never left the office confused about anything . I love that she cares about what's in the best interest of the patient and the baby. I wish I had her my first time around 💜💜💜

Office was nice and clean , process was very easy from the moment I walked in. The ladies at the front desk was very professional and courteous. My ultrasound tech was super sweet and made me feel very comfortable.Dr Jacques was super informative and has an amazing personality. Would highly recommend this office 😍

Dr Jacques is amazing. I would definitely recommend her to other high risk mothers. She makes me feel super comfortable and answers all necessary questions. I always feel comfortable and fully informed after every appointment.

Dr. Jacques is a doll and a great doctor. I really enjoy our visits together, all my questions answered, gives real world advice and very informative with modern medical advice. I am pregnant with twins. I would give her 100 stars if I could but the front desk needs work. Their is only one person that seems to understand that we are still "customers," and "service," is still important. I run a busy 4 doctor practice myself and if any of my associates spoke to clients the way I have been spoken to, they would have been terminated immediately. We are pregnant women that are already stressed because we are going to a "high risk," specialist, don't need attitude and zero empathy, annoyed with life in general. Really takes away from the nursing staff and doctor.

I was in this office 7/18/18 and everyone was super sweet and COMPASIONATE! I can't say when all of the bad reviews that people have written took place, but I'll tell you as of 2018 the Sonographer, the Doctor, the front desk and the girl who drew my blood were so nice and sweet and so friendly. I had such a great experience .. I would recommend this office 100 times! thank you guys for being so nice from the bottom of my heart...

If I could give this office zero stars I would. I should of went to another perinatologist but my OB advised that this group is amazing and works well with them. THAT WAS A LIE. I almost missed my 14th week scan due to the office lack of follow up. I get a call when I was 13 weeks a 5 days for me to come into the office the next day because that’s the only time they had an appointment- which forced me to call out from work. At 19 weeks I was considered high risk and sent to the hospital immediately - I end up losing my baby. There was lack of care from Elvire Jacques and communication follow up. No response, no appointment with her, no visit at the hospital, NOTHING! everything was left to my OB to handle when this should of been handled by the perinatologist to come up with a better plan of care. If you are high risk- DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE!
