Disappointed that they didn't have x-ray capability though their Google info says they do. I was told that we could go to ER to evaluate lungs for possible pneumonia. Otherwise, the facility was clean, the staff and provider extremely efficient and helpful!

If I could leave zero stars I would. Called ahead of time to see if they were busy and if they accept pediatric patients. They weren’t busy so we went in immediately. We thought we lucked out because there was no one waiting when we got there. 45 mins later we still hadn’t been seen. The nurse walks out to the front desk lady and tells her she doesn’t know how to take vitals on a baby. The front desk lady says they don’t have a scale for a baby so the only vitals she needs to take is a temperature. Clearly not set up to take babies, which they claimed they do. The front desk woman takes us back to the room and starts shooting my son forehead to try to take his temperature. 98.5 which was not even close to what his temperature actually was. The room was filthy, the chairs were covered in hair. I don’t know how this place is in business. Apache junction is a quick drive DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE

This urgent care was by far the best experience I have had in a long time. It was fast and I felt listened to. Often I go to urgent care feeling like I wasted time and money but not here! I was treated and cared for as an individual not pushed through with a tired line and lecture about the use of antibiotics. I will be back if I should need care again.

Very unprofessional and rude. Came here on Monday for an ear infection that wasn’t hurting too bad and the nice NP gave me ear drops and told me to come back if I was not getting better so she could prescribe me oral antibiotics. A few days later my ear infection became so painful, I had a high fever and had started vomiting. I came back to this location to see the same NP and the rude front desk man told me they could not treat me, I tried to explain to him that the NP told me to come back for oral antibiotics if I got worse and he would not listen, only talked over me. He tried telling me that the establishment is only for a “quick fix”. I am a medical professional myself, I know what urgent care means, you don’t need to mansplain “urgent care” to me, sir. I tried explaining to him my primary doctor is booked for the month. He still would not listen. I walked out frustrated and crying. If you’re sick please go to the urgent care that is in front of their building! They are so much nicer and very professional. They were shocked I was not prescribed oral antibiotics to begin with and that my infection had gotten much worse. They also told me they have a lot of people come to them because peralta urgent care is so bad. If you are not equipped to run a medical establishment then you shouldn’t be in the business of medicine at all.

I won’t go back. Got my bill from my insurance company for a bill submitted over a year later. I get the whole bill bc they won’t submit notes provided. 970$ for a ear infection for a 10 min consultation. Wasn’t worth the trip. Waited longer to get seen then my actual doc I’ll go to dignity in Gilbert. Tape Asr they submit in he same year and they send the bill properly. Plus didn’t cost a third of this place

Its Oct 2018 and I just received a bill for an office visit in February 2017. At the time their computers were down so I paid $150 for an 10 minute office visit. After the fact they tried to charge my insurance $973 for the same office visit. With this bill I still owe another $150 for the same visit. Seems pretty expensive for a quick office visit for a sinus infection.

Travelled to Gold Canyon from WI with a bad cough and cold. Symptoms progressed and I went to Peralta Urgent Care where the NP quickly diagnosed a double ear infection, bronchitis, and possible pneumonia. Shots, prescriptions, and a breathing treatment had me feeling somewhat better by day's end. A follow up breathing treatment the following day was recommended and received. The worst of the illness was over and I as on the path to recovery.

Without prompt treatment I may have ended up being hospitalized. I am active, very fit, and healthy but this illness required aggressive treatment which was provided by Peralta Urgent Care.
