My son had a fever the morning of his March follow-up appointment so I had to call and reschedule. The receptionist was very short with me on the phone and told me they didn’t have another opening until the 1st of May. I told her I would take it and really didn’t have much of a choice if that was their next opening anyway. Then on May 1st, I called the office because I had his appointment written on the calendar but hadn’t received any text reminders from their office which I thought was odd. Once again the receptionist was not friendly to me and told me my son didn’t have an appointment that day. So when I had called her back in March, she had told me the next opening and even though I told her I would take it, she never even scheduled him for it. Then she didn’t apologize or take any accountability for not scheduling the appointment I had called to make over a month prior, instead she just told me that I could make another appointment. I said no thanks. I will likely not use this office again which is a shame because the doctor was very friendly and took good care of my son. Can’t say the same for the receptionist.

Loves this place, my child has been breaking out in itchy hives for over a year every day and with a few testing they solved it, when no other doctor could. Thanks so much Peninsula Allgery and Asthma clinic.
