Receptionist is off-putting to say the least. It seems like Dr. Patel has enough business, it’s best to go elsewhere. There is a screening process that takes up to a week, to be considered a new patient.

Yesterday was my first encounter as a new patient, seeing Ashley, CRNP, since Dr. Patel had something come up. The office was clean and pleasantly decorated. Receptionist Leo was friendly, polite, and patient with me, and with others. The nurse, Erin, made me feel comfortable. Ashley took her time, answered questions, and listened to my concerns. I went back this morning for a pre-op clearance exam with Dr. Patel for upcoming surgery. She, too, made me feel comfortable and took her time with me. I think I’ve found a good fit!

Dr. Patel is so kind, with an excellent bedside manner and takes incredible care of her patients. She’s not just a great doctor - she’s personable and treats everyone like her own family. Her NP is awesome too! Such a wonderful experience.

Loved Dr. Patel!! She is amazing and actually takes her time to discuss your concerns and cares about her patients! Her staff is very friendly and the clinic is super clean. She also is a military friendly doctor which is big for me, being in the military! Must see Dr. Patel! I highly recommend!!

I immediately sent back the new patient request (NPR) form the day I recieved it (May 24th). I then waited patiently (just over a month) to hear back because I was told it may take a few weeks to get an appointment. I emailed and called today (June 22nd) after not getting a phone call or email in response, and was growing concerned. The receptionist said, "I found your form. Unfortunately, Dr. Patel marked 'No' on the NPR form. There's no explanation, she just marked, "'No.'"
I can't believe someone didn't have the courtesy to call or email me about this. It's been precious time wasted, waiting for a single "No," answer (which, in itself is rude and unprofessional).
Sad thing is, Dr Patel's office came highly recommended by my OB/GYN. I wouldn't recommend them based on my experience, at all.

Dr. Patel is so patient, and you can tell she really cares about her patients! Robin too was so helpful with my leg hurting.
