My son has been a patient since birth. I had much better experiences when he was an infant. The last three years, minimum has been atrocious. My son had a high fever, they refused to see him. I had to take him to urgent care, and he ended up having bronchitis. The old Asian nurse is unbelievably rude and judgmental to my autistic child. She has interjected into our appointment to make comments when she was not even our assigned nurse. She completely went out of her way to degrade my child. I just called to set up a telehealth appointment, and I was told that is for Covid positive patients only. I have done telehealth appointments for rashes before, so she is outright lying. When I made a complaint about that old nurse, discriminating against my child, I received no response whatsoever. All of this is besides the long wait times. You see a different doctor every time and sometimes you only see a nurse practitioner. None of the doctors there have any experience with autism at all, and I end up having to explain things to them, which is not right. I am done trying with them, and I will be finding my son a new doctor

I wish I didn’t even have to leave one star. Young girls upfront are rude and unwelcoming, not sure they know how to smile or greet. If you have an appointment you will still wait over an hour after they check you in, happened to me every time of my three appointments there with my daughter. My sister just walked out after waiting over two hours for her 9:20am appointment, which is what’s making me finally leave a review and I don’t leave reviews so let that warn you how unprofessional this place is and hopefully save your time. I’ll never forget my third and last appointment there, it was to get my daughters two month shots. I waited over an hour after they checked me in to the cold empty room while we waited and of course what was an hour felt like three already dreading my baby getting shots and going through pain, the lady finally comes in doesn’t say one word to me or even look at my baby starts preparing the shots asks me to lay her down(first words to me) grabs my daughter pins her down and just stabs her shot after shot(three) and then gave her her oral and walked out, didn’t even make sure my daughter was secure before she walked away from the table. I was in shock just based on babies crying in pain worried about my baby that I didn’t have it in me to leave a review or anything at the time but I HAVE TIME TODAY !! Seriously, this place is terrible, I don’t ever want anyone else especially little babies have to deal with the unprofessionalism and bad vibes there, stay away for you and your babies

Let me start off by saying that my daughter went to UC Davis Elk Grove clinic for most of her life and we had great service. Because of insurance we had to switch to this office. The front desk messed up her appointment and told me the wrong date and time. The nurse was extremely rude and ROUGH with my 12 month old baby. Pulling hard at her legs and feet and not asking for my consent before grabbing her or pulling at her. Very short with me and rude. We waited for sooo long for the doctor and then again for the nurse to come back with her shots (I requested that a different nurse do her shots). UC Davis let me hold her while they did the shots. This place made me lay her on the table and hold her down. Super traumatic and she screamed and cried the entire time. After the visit I cried as well. Overall it was a super traumatic experience for just a 12 month check up and shots. I left feeling traumatized and alienated and I'm sure my baby did as well. I am finding her a new pediatrician and PLEASE do not take your babies here!! **Editing to add that after reading reviews I'm positive the rude and aggressive nurse that we had to deal with was Thelma

Do not waste your time here. The Hispanic girls up front are super rude. The one old Asian nurse assistant lady is beyond rude. I’m not sure what’s going on. It takes 2 hours to be seen for a checkup. I don’t recommend going here with your babies. Told me my baby had baby acne turned out to be a whole flare up on eczema. Will be leaving this clinic as soon as my insurance approves. Doctors don’t know what they’re talking about.

My family recently moved to the area and I was looking to set my kids up with Dr. Maulino, when I first called I could barely hear the receptionist who was not very friendly then when I was called back after they checked my insurance the lady was giving me a hard time because I wanted to set up my kids next appointment, which isn't due until July, she wouldn't allow me to set up an appointment in the future, saying they would wonder why I was setting up the appointment so early...what? My kids would be due for check ups obviously. She asked me to hold and I just got fed up and hung up. I cannot believe how awful their customer service is, definitely not where I want my kids to go if this is how they treat people.

Took my son here 6/11/18 to get his shots for school. They said to leave the paperwork with them and they will have it ready three days later. My husband came back today (6/14/18) and the receptionist Irma was very rude to him, told him they don't have the paperwork. I went to the office and ask them to look for it and they somehow found it in two minutes or less. No apology nothing. Just an attitude. I WILL NEVER TAKE MY SON BACK HERE. NOR WILL I REFER THEM TO ANYONE!
They obviously think they are better than their customers.

Terrible staff, service, outrageous wait times even with appointment. Doctors are always in a rush to leave your room, never took the time to figure out health problems with our child. Took our child her multiple times with no solution. After one appointment with another doctor we immediately found answers. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

I'm not sure how this place has positive reviews. The front desk and billing ladies are horrible and incompetent. They are really unhelpful and rude. I will never recommend this place to anyone. I went here 3 times and they had gotten medical billing all screwed up even tho my insurance is telling me everything is all good on their side. Don't fall for these FAKE reviews here...this place is horrible, so bad that I had to find another doctor for my son. A word of advise for staff there...if you don't like your effin job go find another one!
