I was quite disheartened by my recent experience with Dr. Bai's team. The organization at the front desk was lacking, leading to a chaotic situation where six children's appointments were scheduled for 9:00 or 9:30, yet neither of the two doctors available that day. Instead, only Dr. Bai's assistant was available to see the children. My family and I ended up waiting for 90 minutes in a small, crowded lobby (approximately 90 square feet filled with 7-8 patients and their children) with our newborn, who was just six days old. My concern for potential cross-infection grew due to the crowded and disorganized space.

Moreover, there was a notable discrepancy between the assistant's advice and Dr. Bai's previous guidance regarding feeding our baby. The assistant suggested increasing the baby's formula intake even when full, contrary to Dr. Bai's caution against overfeeding in a short timeframe.

For those who are Mandarin speakers, this clinic’s bilingual staff may be a plus. However, given the array of options available elsewhere, I would recommend considering other practices, especially if you are not a Mandarin speaker.

They never answer the phone and when you do get to the voice mail it says to not leave a message and if it’s an emergency to go to an urgent care. How are you supposed to make an appointment if you cant even talk to someone. For most of my daughters sick days I didn’t go to this doctors office I went to an urgent care. I can’t even get seen the day I call if it’s serious, which at my old doctors office I could. Definitely looking for a new doctor.

30+ years of ankle trauma, have tried every wrap, compression device known. Was referred here by my primary. $40 co pay got me a 30 second exam and another referral for a knock off Richie brace. And a request to come back 6 weeks after I receive the brace. BTW the brace was a joke, looked like someone made it in their garage. Basically wasted another 2 months. I understand protocol but at least ask what is wrong and listen to the patient. Need less to say I did not go back. I received another referral and so far so good.

Dr. Liu has been the primary care doctor for my nieces and nephew, and he is the primary care physician of my daughter. Great facility and wonder staff. Dr. Liu has great bedside manner and is very patient to explain everything we need to know. Dr. Liu was the first to suggest our daughter be tested for ASD, and he has given us the help and guidance we need to get her the services she needs.

She always takes her time and gets to know the kids very well. She listens to concerns and gives great advice. We have been seeing her since our almost 5 year old was born and couldn't be more happy with the care he and hos younger brother receive at her office!

Definitely 0 star i have called them in 3 days with 10 more call. No one answered!! Ridiculous. Also no one call me back. I can’t believe this. Are they closed ? If they are not why they don’t take the phone. If they are super busy why they book that much appointment on one day!
