Absolutely phenomenal hospitality/attention-to-detail/professionalism. My daughter is horrified of dentists & needles. Today……this posed ZERO incursions/problems……..to the point of her asking to go back. Todays care is the apotheosis of pinnacle performance…….NEVER to be underestimated. A sincere (and maximum) KUDOS.

I appreciate Dr. Raman but with the change I can no longer directly contact the front desk. I need to schedule a shot but no one answers the phone. I can't sit waiting for a phone call back. It cannot be my fault for not having been waiting by my phone. I am looking for other pediatricians now that will answer their phone. I don't want to be charged for missing an appointment either.

Prior to Pediatrics Associates taking over N. Brevard Pediatrics was a fantastic office, great staff, easy to reach via phone. Since PA taking over, we now have to wait 30-45 mins past our appt time to be seen. They only staff one provider at the PSJ office so no sick walk in appts available, forcing patients to use urgent care which is costly and there is no consistency in care. Hold times to reach a "phone agent" over 18 mins most days, however on Tuesday 1/21/25 it was over 30 mins, I held on the phone while driving to the office to be told "oh sorry" we can't see her till the afternoon. There is NO customer service any longer, took 4 phone calls to get meds refilled in 12/2024, with every excuse under the sun as why it was not done the 1st three times. THIS is not healthcare! We adore Dr Rashid and staff but the bureaucracy of BIG corp America has taken over this office.

Everyone has always been very nice and makes a sick visit pleasant. Grandson passed out as we were checking out and everyone came running. Very much grateful to everyone. Thank you .

I don’t know but they booked me for 11am and I got there 5 min early. I waited with my autistic son in the patient waiting room for over 45 min before the lady came to take my son biometrics, then she told me to wait for the doctor which took another 20 min, and my son started to be impatient and hungry. So I decided to leave and go to the check out office. One of the guy who worked there saw me and looked at me like “what are you doing?” I just responded that my son was hungry and didn’t see nobody coming yet we can’t wait there longer. So he ask me to come back as the doctor will come soon. The doctor showed up within 5 min. I don’t understand why would you overbooked patients the same time or close to each other.

If I could I would leave a no star review on this place, every single time my son is sick they tell me it’s nothing but a common cold. My son was admitted to the hospital Christmas morning with double pneumonia, bronculitus, the flu and on verge on sepsis shock all after being seen by this drs office 3 times and got sent home with nothing but Tylenol and a breathing treatment. Very disappointed in this drs office I will be changing his pcp asap. All of this could of been avoided if they would of properly evaluated him but instead all they did was listen to him no test no labs nothing all while he couldn’t go a minute without coughing to the point he was gagging, pale, purple lips and they say ehhh it’s a common cold possibly just bronculitus here’s Tylenol and a breathing treatment. I highly recommend if you care about your child’s health do not have this office as there pcp

UPDATE: Well everyone, for the 5th month in a row they have sent off yet another incorrect medication. I’m at a loss for words. I’m so exhausted from dealing with this problem…when it shouldn’t even be a problem.

UPDATE: and now I’ve found out for a FOURTH TIME SHE HAS DONE IT AGAIN. So negligent with people’s health. It’s disgusting.

I want to start off saying that I love my son’s doctor. Dr. Raman is so great with my son! The office staff is great, even when I was upset about this situation.
DR AYESHA RASHID DOES NOT NEED TO HAVE A MEDICAL LICENSE AND SHE SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO SEND PRESCRIPTIONS.

3 MONTHS, Ayesha has IGNORED multiple directives and notations on the patient account about sending the pharmacy the correct medication for my child. For 3 months she has been so careless, she has deprived my child of his correct medication because she must have skipped the day in school where they taught you how to read. Since she continues to be careless, she should be stripped of her medical licenses

They have been our babies doctors for the last 13 years. We moved out of the area and still make the drive because when you find a great doctors office you stay with it. This office treats you like family.
