Dr. Gan is amazing. She takes the time to provide pros and cons of options such as flu shots to empower patients. Her detailed patient visit notes not only help me understand my son’s health and track his development but when a person erroneously called CPS on me because they mistook Mongolian Spots for bruises- her past visit notes documenting the Mongolian Spots helped the case be closed quick.

Dr. Dumalaog is the best! My son absolutely adores her energy; he’s smiling and giggling at every visit. You can tell that she truly cares about her patients and loves her job. I highly recommend her. The staff at this office is also very kind and helpful. As a new mom, I’ve probably called the office about a million times. Always patient and willing to answer any questions I may have.

Don’t send your children to this place. Worst experience ever. I grew up going to dr Gans so I sent my child to her as well and she is amazing! But the staff at the front desk are rude and have no manners. One of the people at the front desk yell at my mom in front of everyone for no reason. I would not recommend coming here.

Dr Villar is excellent very personal, my reason for 1 is the office’s stuff, the manager in particular. I made two new patients app for my daughters, 1 they wouldn’t make the app together, so they scheduled them separate. For my first daughter, I went to the app early, I asked if I could leave also all the information ready for my second kid, and the stuff that day said absolutely since they are both under the same insurance and mother. Day of the app I come at the exact time, as soon as I walked in I was told I was late and needed to reschedule, I was on time, and actually waited on the car 15 minutes since my daughter wasn’t feeling well, and I didn’t want to spread germs. I explain that last week I was there and told that there was no need to come early, they ignored me completely, they started to try to find every excuse under the sun to make me come another day, not even taking in consideration I was on time, it takes 5 minutes to even do the “paper work”, they had all my info(ID and insurance) and I DROVE 30 minutes to them with a SICK 3 years old! The rude male manager, talked to the front rep right in-front of me, answering my questions looking at her for her to answer me, ignoring my question as of why they needed me to come 30 minutes early for the app when last visit I was told everything was ready. Once I said HELLO to him “ I am here and I can hear you” he told me that it was common sense to come early for apps, so I said no worries walked out and took both my kids to another doctor’s office, closer. I wish DR Villar practiced in another office, because that front desk stuff, is rude, insensitive and very unprofessional. When you don’t look at people in the eyes to talk, and hide from your job and responsibilities, it shows the employee that you are!

This group is amazing. We’ve been taking our 4 kids here for a year and they’re just as great as when they took care of my brother and I when we were kids. Nothing but amazing care, kindness, warmth and tons of availability. Would recommend to anyone looking for a pediatrician.
