We love this office!!! I didn’t mind the change to pediatric associates since I know they are great (previous experience from Miami offices) We love Dr Garcia, I know my daughter it’s in great care with her. I don’t get all the bad reviews, we are always treated very nicely, the entire staff it’s great, even the new people on the answering service, they got me in to see Dr Garcia the same day. I think she is really honest and very dedicated to her practice, you can tell she loves her patients, so I highly recommend, my daughter has being her patient for 7 years now and we have never had an issue.

My 15yr old daughter liked everything about it. As a father I found the business to be well maintained inside and out. From the receptionist when you enter and leave were wonderful. Very kind and all smiles. The nurses and Doctor were true professionals, kind, reassuring, and uplifting. Very caring and they take the time to listen to your concerns and answer any questions. Extremely pleased with our visit.

I have been taking my daughter here since she was born (which has now been 7 years) and Dr. Taylor is an actual ANGEL!!! Not only has Dr. Taylor put in extra time, love and support into Emily- but she also keeps it real and is down to earth. Just all around a wonderful person! Want to bill a step parent but refuse to speak with her when she is trying to inform you she is not the parent and not responsible for this bill. I have been authorize by biological parents to take him to appointments. You all failed to inform us you did not take my step son insurance when ownership changed still saw the child and now want to charge us 563 dollars for a hospital Check up. So if your looking for that bill to be payed reach out to the responsible parent and stop emailing me the bill if you refuse to talk to me to fix this situation.

Not happy! Kept taking my child in for a cough and temp. Pa kept saying it's viral. Temp and cough got worse over a few weeks. Then I asked if we could do x- ray, blood work , urine test or something! PA was reluctant and said ok but her lungs sound good. Then came the call.... she has pneumonia. Really? I thought you said it was just viral and would go away on its own? Maybe, the Doctors should go back to listening to the caregivers, and not put a child through hell! Just because you have a piece of paper that says your smart, which you ARE! That doesn't mean you shouldn't listen to us! We are the ones who can help you and this child to figure out what is wrong! Weeks of this and now we have to go to a specialist. I believe these Drs are good , they just need to stop and look at each case differently! This world is not textbook! Things change every second! Not every case is the same as the last door you just walked out of! Every door has something new behind it!

The staff at this location is absolutely amazing. But this new merger is awful. Im always on hold 10+ minutes and they took away the triage nurse line where you can just leave a message for refills. The phone is routed somewhere and that person calls into the office.
