My wife and I are very satisfied with the level of care Dr. Jerry Reimer provides. However, his staff is horrible! Long wait times, unfriendly staff, and most importantly his referral section is non-existent. We had to call the office manager, on three occasions, to get our referrals through. It's so bad that we started receiving calls from the specialist offices, that were refered by the doctor, seeking our help with the referral. I would give Dr. Reimer five stars, but his office staff subtracts four.

Dr. Reimer is great, but every time you call this office, it takes about 10 to 15 minutes to get through. It's very inconvenient to make an appointment or check on the status of referrals or tests. It has been this way for all the years I've gone there. It never gets any better. I hope the doctor reads these reviews and I hope that this problem can be resolved.

I called to ask about scheduling an appointment with my Employers insurance. The supervisor named Sandi asked for my name, immediately assumed medical, was rude and condescending. I have Cigna and had no intent to add medical as an insurance. The first call was horrible ruined my day. The second call she hung up on me. Don't even bother trying to schedule be a new patient here. If there 0 stars I would give them negative numbers.

The staff is great, it just takes way to long to be seen by the doctor while at your appointment. I have been waiting almost an hour from the start of my appointment and still haven't seen the Dr.
