Wow Dr. Fruenot (PDQ) may have been the most thorough doctor I have been to. He spent time to understand my issue, my family history and my medical history and prescribed a well thought out course of action. He was an active listener and actually explained his rationale for what he prescribed and what next steps he recommended. Within 24 hours I felt significantly better. I am glad I chose this doctor and I would recommend this place to anybody.

Starting going to Dr Mark a year ago when I first moved to Huntsville. My daughter recommended PDQ and she’s very picky so I knew he must be good. How many doctors actually call you after hours to check on you or give you test results? Dr Mark does!!! He and Kay are just the best. If I had time I could write 100 reasons why they are the best but you’ll have to take my word for it! Love them and I’m grateful I now have a doctor for life!

I came in for a strep throat. The front desk was very delightful. Warm and friendly. They went above and beyond to make sure I was helped. I Love this urgent care. Great location. Great parking. Covient. Highly recommend. Clean office. Nice Folks.

I highly recommend this office!!!! I actually ended up making Dr. Mark my primary doctor. He ACTUALLY CARES and LISTENS to all your concerns & then tells you in detail about what your options are. I feel very well taken care of. I love his wife as well ( Mrs. Kay ) very kind caring people. I'm so glad I found them!!!

I highly recommend this urgent care!!! These folks actually care and are the absolute nicest people in this line of work. So nice, in fact, I made them my primary care Dr. Most urgent care places just want to get you in and out as fast as humanly possible doing the bare minimum for you but, Dr Mark was very thorough and explained everything he was doing so well. My wait time was nonexistent as well. I was there for about an hour and a half and left feeling confident in my treatment and knowing that the problem WILL be fixed. If I could give them more stars I absolutely would!!! Thank you to everyone there!!!

I feel extremely taken care of and comfortable here. Dr. Mark is awesome and took the time to address all of my health concerns, and different ways we could address them. I really appreciate that he explained things to me- especially when addressing my knee popping, he showed me which muscles could be strengthened to help reduce this. The woman who I spoke with on the phone and greeted me when I came in (Ms Kay I think) was the absolute nicest and helped me get my insurance sorted. They also got me in super fast, I called to request a new patient appointment and I was in within the week! I'm happy to have a good primary care provider in Huntsville.
