As always the office staff are courteous, patient and nonjudgmental. Our hygienist, Kayli is patient and has many gentle strategies to help our daughter have a successful visit! Dr Matt is equally as kind and patient during the dental exam and also is able to help our daughter have a successful visit. The best part is I feel like they truly enjoy having our daughter as a patient, even when it is not easy! 100% recommend PDA in Winchester!

I had my son's treatment there. Next time when we asked for appointment because of issues with their previous treatment, they did not give him appointment saying he is not a regular patient. We went to another pediatric dental and the x-ray showed that there were imperfect and incomplete root canals leading to infection and the pulled out the tooth.
The behavior of dentists were good, but the treatment quality and customer service and sense of responsibility were absolutely awful.

Billing department is completely unprofessional and refused to call my insurance provider to confirm coverage. They told me I need to figure it out and suggested I take my daughter elsewhere.. I will definitely do that!

Terrible experience! Two instances have occurred the first one was at the Reading office. Receptionist extremely rude to me because if miscommunication from office prior to appointment. After dismissing my son from school they wouldn’t see him without me paying upfront even though we had insurance. The receptionist was so rude and disrespectful to me that they had me in tears. Today we were five minutes late for out appointment and the doctor refused to take us after I dismissed my daughter from school. They sent out a hygienist to tell the receptionist right after we checked in. I will be taking my kids out of this practice. The only person that is nice at this practice is Dr. Matt!

I am completely disappointed with the PDA dental group. It is sad that I even have to write this because I have always loved this office. I unfortunately had gone into collections due to my children’s father passing away earlier this year, mind you I am now paying off the past due BUT they will no longer allow my children to go there. I went to this dental group when I was younger as well as my 3 other siblings and now my children can’t go because of unfortunate situation that happened to their father earlier this year!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED and not considerate!!!!!!!
