Student staff is very friendly (if you're polite).
Always very clean, and with different machines and courts.
Lockers could be nicer, but they are good enough.

Unsanitary and overcrowded with high schoolers. You have to pay for membership even though you’re enrolled in the summer classes. Staffs are students and they are incompetent, took me 20 minutes to get a guest pass.

This gym is massive in size and very well maintained, All of the machines are relatively new and you would be hard pressed to find something that's not working.

The gym has 3 floors, The bottom floor is the actual workout area and also has a nice lobby with couches to sit down and relax, The second floor is the dance area for all sorts of performance arts classes, and finally the 3rd floor is the stretching area which also houses a running track.

The gym itself is not open to the public and only Students, Alumni and Employees are allowed to get memberships.

Hands down the best gym in south florida and the exclusivity makes it even more attractive.

I was a guest of UM staff. I have to say that the staff were overly protective of the space. After I had checked in with a guest pass, there were 2 or 3 people who jumped in the way to confirm that I was actually supposed to be there since I walked through a special access gate. The swarm of employees near the front seemed a little unnecessary.

Imo, gyms should have free towels available for everyone but the BYO towel rule is not always enforced, as far as I can tell.

At the end of the day, however, it's a clean gym with tons of equipment that gets the job done.

Always overcrowded and very hard to get on equipment. This is the only university "student" gym that I've been to that lets any creepy old man with a credit card work out here. Every time I go i see gross ancient business men all over the place and harassing young female students. Also equipment is always broken because staff doesn't correct students who slam the weights like angry adolescent monkeys. I cannot believe UM allows it. Campus gyms are supposed to be for student and staff only!!

Patti and Allan health center at University of Miami is very nice convenient for the people that work here and students that what you know. Personal trainer if you need it and of course Health juice bar , inside pool gymnasium racquetball it's well worth it to go there.

Great facility. 3 bball Courts, plenty of weights and core equipment. But parking can be far away. Indoor pool real sweet.
