I absolutely love Dr Mayer. She became my doctor after Dr Cambier retired. She is thoughtful, kind and listens to me. She is simply amazing. I'm lucky to have her as my physician.

Dr Mayer became my doctor when Dr Cambier retired. She is thorough, thoughtful, and kind. I really like her but more importantly I trust her. She always takes her time with me, always is willing to answer all of my questions, never makes me feel rushed... And is very empathetic. Not all doctors have a great bedside manner.

The one negative is the office staff. And it's a HUGE negative. Every time I call I feel dismissed, condescended to, disrespected. I'm lucky if I can get a sentence let alone a few words strung together out of some of these people... Typically it's a series of grunts and clicks. Today it was "mmmmhmmm" that was the response I got when I asked a question and was also the same response when I asked a follow-up question. And when I told her she was rude she paused and said in a very condescending voice..."is there anything else I can do for you?"

Are staff not taught how to handle patient calls? Don't they realize that people who are calling are typically calling when they feel really ill or not at their best... There's no empathy, there's no sympathy... And there's not even any humanity on the other end of the phone. Somebody has got to teach this younger generation how to speak to another human being. I am so afraid that we're going to go back to hieroglyphics and kids are going to be communicating with just emojis and acronyms... Because it's clear that they're not able to formulate a sentence.

Good thing we have My Chart... Do your best to communicate through the app so that you can avoid the phone staff. Best of luck

IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO I WOULD. Horrible doctor in everyway!!! Does not listen and does not care if the medical care she is providing is harmful. She is arrogant in her way of thinking and her way is right. She does not practice due diligence or care when it comes to her patients. She has definitely missed the target of the Hippocratic Oath she took. One of the promises within that oath is "first, do no harm" (or "primum non nocere,") she
