WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! I was so nervous and scared, and the staff at this location helped me immediately. They were extremely kind and patient, as well as helpful. I felt very taken care of and relieved. I wish I caught their names because they deserve a raise. The man at the front desk was very understanding and helped me complete the paper work quickly so that I could be seen. The doctor who examined me was warm and friendly, and explained all her steps to reassure me. Thankful to these two!

We had a wonderful experience yesterday. The staff is friendly, they treated us with respect and were efficient! I was so thankful for them. The nurse practitioner was down to earth and easy to talk to. She listened to my concerns and addressed them. We will be back for any future problems.

Absolutely outstanding care! From the front desk staff, MA, to the P.A, Mrs. Saults, whom was very knowledgeable and kind. Although they were closing soon, they stated that I could stay and ask as many questions that I would like regarding my care. I haven’t seen care like this from an urgent care in a while and I am an RN that works in places like this often. I was impressed. Keep this up! The world needs care like this.

I had a great experience at Patients First on Mahan! Kyle was excellent—he took the time to explain everything thoroughly, which really put me at ease. I was well taken care despite arriving in the evening without an appointment. I was able to get the medicine I needed before my pharmacy closed, which was very lucky and very much appreciated.
The only thing that could have improved the experience would have been the walk-in patient registration process. The Patient’s First walk-in registration process is a bit cumbersome. Tallahassee Lab Core has an easier system for patients to register.
