Terrible billing practice. Setup a payment plan that withdraws on the 19th, and every month on the 16th before the payment autodrafts they send it to collections. When I call the collection agency on like the 23rd when I get the collection, they say the bill was reported paid already. Messed up place.

Have been trying for months to pay bill, but the website doesn't work and you can only pay by personal check or money order. Since I have a flex benefits card, paying by check is a real hassle. I can understand on a given day computers being down, but for MONTHS!!!!

Just as everyone else has stated....never received a bill, they never billed my insurance, simply sent it straight to collections. When I called to discuss this, the agent had to search out our account, then was extremely rude. She stated that they would bill the insurance, THEN notify the collection agency....WHY? These people are messing with our credit! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!

Sent me to collections. My bill was paid by insurance and they still sent me to collections for the full amount. When I called and explained they said they would remove me from collections until it was figured out but the didn’t. This happened 2 times. On the third time I asked to speak to a manager. They said I would receive a call with in 48 hours from one but I never got a call back. I’m m still fighting with them over the bill and had to call my insurance and have them talk to them directly. This company is a joke and tried to rip people off. I am extremely disappointed in their customer service. I work in health care and feel like they made my experience horrible and stressful. I always pay my bills so to be sent to collections is just ridiculous 😡

Tell my why this company says they billed my insurance but they didn’t! They sent me a statement saying pay in full or else we send to collections! This is NOT okay and illegal! I paid in full because I take pride in my credit and paying all my bills on time. I have started the process of disputing this but based on other reviews, it looks like a rough road ahead. I should not be this stressed out about a medical bill!

As everyone has stated, they are scamming you. My insurance already covered the cost of my labs but they continue to send me bills with the incorrect information then send it to collections even though my insurance already paid them. I can't believe my primary doctor works with this place. Call your insurance and doctor's office to let them know.

Deserves 0 stars. This place sent me to collections without sending me a bill. My bill was 127.00😡😤 I would have paid that right away. They wouldn't verify my address; they had me say it, then claimed that was the one on file. Liars!!! They wouldn't transfer me to a manager, and refused to remove me from collections. This place is horrible, and I will let my MD know NOT to work with them. Hopefully enough complaints from her patients will cause her to work with another company🙏

I gave my insurance card to my provider. They gave the information to Pathology associates. I never had any involvement with them. One day I am sent to collections, I IMMEDIATELY call back. They admitted to submitting a wrong address for my insurance card. (Again I did not give them my insurance card, so this is on someone else for giving them my wrong info or them inputting the wrong info). I give them the new info and they thank me and tell me that they will cancel the collections. I continue to get collections over the next few months so I call back. They say it was too late to correct the mistake, and it’s now my responsibility to pay out of pocket. I did not receive ONE voicemail from this place asking for the correct info. Its very possible I got a phone call, but I never answer numbers I don’t know, I get a ton of spam calls. I do, however, answer every single voicemail. Which is how I knew I was sent to collections. I have been trying to get it resolved for over 4 years now, because it’s a LOT of money I do not have. That is why I have insurance. But they do not care. Their mistake, their lack of contact, now my debt that will be with me for 7 years right before I am trying to buy a house. Shame on you all.
