I have had dr .Patel for over 3 years. I am following him where ever he has his new office due that for me he is the best dr. That I have. He is a very good pulmonologist and if I ask a question about something else always he takes the time to answer my questions. I think we are lucky to have him here in Naples due that some drs. Here in Naples only care about the money.

Dr. Patel is an amazing pulmonologist. Not only is he a excellent doctor, but he has great bedside manner and has a rare intuitive gift. I had the good occasion of meeting him when I was in a worrisome situation. Fortunately, he took the time to follow a course of action that resulted in less invasive treatment and testing, and a positive outcome. I realize that not everyone will have as good a prognosis as me, but it’s good to know that this is a doctor you can trust. I highly recommend him.

My wife Mary suffered a stroke on June 28th this year and was a patient at NCH downtown. Dr. Patel came in as her pulmonary doctor. The CT scan showed a nodule on her lung and Dr. Patel wanted to follow up when she was able to leave the hospital and return home. We made the appointment and were extremely glad that Dr. Patel discussed what he saw and that for now we will follow up with an appointment in January 2023 to monitor that it does not change in size. We highly recommend Dr. Patel to everyone!!

First of all I get a call on Tuesday to talk to me about my surgery schedule on Friday that I know nothing about. Ends up they forgot to call me and tell me I was scheduled for surgery so I end up having to leave work on Wednesday and Thursday to do a consultation and a CT scan for the surgery scheduled 3 days later that they forgot to tell me about. Can I go in for the surgery if he asked me to come in early cuz I was bumped up to an early an appointment end up sitting there for 4 hours waiting to go into surgery . Had surgery on Friday the office calls me and says they want me to come in on Monday at 7:30 for the results but some of us have jobs and actually have to work so I was unable to make that appointment. My scheduled follow-up appointment was a week and a half later which they changed to a virtual appointment so I sat in my house from 10:30 to 4:26 and never got a call from the doctor. Absolutely horrible customer service obviously you need to be retired or dying and have no job or responsibility and at the doctor's beck and call whenever they feel like talking to you. He may be a great doctor but I wouldn't know because he can't be bothered to call me when I'm scheduled to get a call from him so I still have no idea what my results are.

Dr Patel staff are very rude and inconsiderate of patients,they canceled appointments 3 times with out my request or authorization then they denied having done so.then they were very rude on the phone when i asked to speak to the nurse about why they keep canceling appoinments with out my consent.im a new patient who only spoke to the dr. 1 x and afet being treated in a horrific manner dont no longer wish to consult with that doctor any longer.The DR. himself my be professional but his office staff is definately not especially his rude office manager by the name of kamika or tamika or something to the respect.please avoid this office if you wish tyo be treated with respect because their office staff definately needs retraining in mannerism!
