This is one of the worst agencies. Most of The customer service representatives work here Arrogant and will make you feel belittled. If I could give a half a star or a negative star, I would give it because that is what they deserve. I feel sorry For the very little number of people who actually are working well there. Whoever heads that department should consider retraining staff! So much arrogance and disrespect! It’s appalling.

I'm rating you based on your transportation services- Silver Lining. They cancelled without calling me. They even had the audacity to LIE saying the driver knocked. We waited and now my appointments are being cancelled.

Don't believe the good reviews here. Im sure PHP is paying for them. The single worst most incompetent and mind you rights violating health plan that maybe has ever existed. Purely in it for profit at the expense of patients health & rights. Grossly incompetent at all levels of organization.

If you are trying to see a specialist or get a primary care physician call their care coordination team and state you are legally requesting an appointment within 15 or 10 days respectively (from date of calln) If they don't provide an appointment in those windows immediately file a grievance. Demand it be expedited. Then immediately file a complaint with DMHC. After some time request a state fair hearing if nothing has changed.

There transportation department sucks, each representative gives you a different reason as to why there delayed. Apparently if you have trips after Jan 1 they are on the automated system but tell the grievance department that they are doing it manually but then why are people that just filed gas reimbursement getting funds already but some of us have been waiting 8+ months

I didn’t think healthcare could be worse in Placer county than in Sacramento. Medi-cal with always be a hoop jump when it comes to care but partnership takes the cake being the worst insurance I’ve had by far. I’ve tried since May to get a new patient appointment and they have no available appointments. Apparently they book 3 months out at both facilities I’ve tried to be seen at and they never have anything available. If you need help fast stay on Medi-Cal in Sacramento. Partnership in Placerville sucks.
