I went to see “Dr.” Parsons today in hope of finding a new endocrinologist or someone who cared enough to take care of my thyroid issues/Hashimotos, well I wait in the room for almost an hour for him to come in with NO bedside manner whatsoever asked to see a list of my medications and then looked straight at me and said, “your too messy and complicated of a case, I won’t take you as a patient “! You already have so many medications and I don’t have time to deal with you. I mean how rude!!!! Do you not think I know I have health issues, that’s why I’m here, is to find a doctor who cares enough to help me with my thyroid. Well needless to say I left hurt, mad and crying. I have never been treated so horribly by a doctor in all my life!

My mother was looking for a new pcp. She waited and he we went in and just told her i dont have time for you and im not going to take care of anything. Go back to your other doctor and he left. He as really rude.

I am very disappointed with the service provided at the clinic reception; because I had an appointment for 1:15pm and I arrived 15 minutes early... I informed the receptionist that I had an appointment and filled out the form requesting it... and she instructed me to sit down and wait to be called... I waited for two hours and nothing was called .. after that I requested to cancel the appointment. the reception needs to improve a lot to reach the bad level. Regarding the doctor's care, I have nothing to complain about... but regarding the reception, it needs to improve a lot.

I think this Dr is great, yes he was very blunt and straight to the point but I prefer that in a Dr. He is actually very nice and takes good care of his patients. He always has referenced better solutions in certain care that I need and is more than willing to answer any questions I might have in regards to my health problems. The staff is always very nice and helpful and they are super friendly to my kids. Overall a great place 👍

Dr. Parsons treats his patients the way doctors are supposed to. He was genuinely concerned with my husband’s medical problems and followed up regularly to check on him. He set up referrals and made appointments for us, knowing that my husband needed the proper care without delay. He went the extra mile. Exceptional physician.

If left to me I'd give this man 10 NEGATIVE stars. I will l NEVER see him again. And I would certainly NEVER take my elderly mother or any child to him. He is condensing and extremely rude. The first two times I saw him he was not very friendly but I wasn't looking for a friend. I was looking for a doctor. The third time I saw him he opened the door to the examining room chewing my butt out over previous diagnosis. One of the diagnosis was from Dr. Gadasalli and Dr. Parsons raised his voice at me that Gadasalli had been dead for YEARS almost screaming "YEARS". The man died three months after my husband (hubby's doctor) so I know for fact he had been dead just at one year. As if Gadasalli's demise changed the diagnosis. Parsons went on to say, "I couldn't cure you in 10 years." Three times I asked him for a referral to some one who could help me and he ignored me and continued to rant about how he just couldn't cure me, tossing papers around and his voice raised and his tone accusatory. He would not get off the rant bout what all is wrong with me. I lost my patience and cool and left his office. Since seeing another doctor I am fine. Yes, it took a couple of months but I am a healthy as a person my age can be. All the man had to do was politely tell me that he, obviously, did not know how to treat me and refer me to someone - or say he didn't know anyone to refer me to. His behavior was totally unacceptable. It certainly is not my fault he didn't know how to treat me. Just because he is a doctor does not give him the right to treat people badly. Especially people who are ill.

Highly pleased with Dr. Parsons & ALL his staff. Dr. Was very helpful, attentive, and you can see he really cares about his patients.
Anybody reading this don't deter yourself from coming here by the lack of reviews. I highly recommend him.

Excellent doc. Listened attentively and was considerate. I was wrong about what I thought my health problems were. He explained thoroughly about what was making me sick.
