Had my first appointment with my new primary care physician Dr Holmes. I arrived checked in buy a very professional receptionist and was taken back by the nurse that was very friendly, personable and professional. Dr Holmes was very detailed and spent plenty of time to understand all my medical issues. When I was leaving both his nurse and Dr Holmes assisted me out to my vehicle and even loaded my wheelchair into my vehicle for me. In all my years of going to medical providers I never encountered a medical team that treated me like a human and spoke to me with dignity and respect. Just amazing it's all I can say just amazing.

Dr. Oh talked about everything under the sun, a website called pubmed, that he insisted I take a picture of. He talked about Google being a money making machine. He talked about himself and his accomplishments.
20 minutes into the appointment I interrupted him to please take note of my blood pressure that had been taken by the nurse earlier.
It was 182/140. His response.."Yeah, that's high"
He badgered me, talked down to me, did not address any health issues, and I left stunned, that this was an actual Drs .appointment I had just attended.
Did you know he does martial arts? Or that he's written published papers? That his brothers and sisters are lawyers and doctors as well. That the fact he is a Dr. is on his Canadian passport. I do now!.
He said the appointment ran long, I said yes it did, I'm done here, and left.
He made me anxious, nervous, upset, annoyed, all in a 35 minute talk about himself. I've never in 60 years witnessed anything like this. I have disassociated with him, the practice and am literally traumatized from this horrible experience.

Dr. Oh is by far, the best Dr. I've ever had. He took the time to go through my medical history with me, thoroughly explained everything step by step and even called me back into his office after my visit to go over my med list one more time to make sure that I had all my refills on my stomach meds. I highly recommend him and I'm lucky he's my Dr.

Have been there twice. Doctor seems to care but has a problem showing up at least an hour late. Switched doctors on me and has been an insurance nightmare.
Staff in front seems to have attitude. Remember you graduated from community college. You aren’t the doctor so cut the privileged attitude.
Front staff abrasive with first encounter. First impression negative.

Im new to the area so I was searching for a primary doctor when I called Parrish and I was accepted as a new patient right away. Dr Skaden left me very impressed. Not too many young people can do what he does and if I need anything after hours, I’m able to message him through the portal and he responds in a timely manner. Keeping a clear line of communication is key to any relationship but to have it be my own doctor, gives me peace of mind. He’s a smart young man.

Was real sick, could not get in to see my Primary care doctor so went here. Had to wait almost 2 hours before i was seen by a doctor. The staff was awful except for the nurse Rosa. She was so pleasant & kind. And the doctor (Skaden) acted like he didnt know what he was doing. Will never go back to this place.

I had to settle this morning for urgent care cause no one wanted to answer the phone 8am-10am. Then when I do get a call back, I get a front desk person telling me what I can and cannot do with my own insurance. I need antibiotics for my condition and y’all are keeping me from them. Could have just scheduled that zoom meeting with the Dr. when you had me on the phone but naw you rather draw this out and make me suffer.

Dr Modi wasn't as attentive as he could be, but he got the job done. I got the correct meds. However the back office said they took my insurance on assignment but billed me anyway for the difference. And they billed me outpatient instead of emergency nor did they admit they were out of network. The office mgr will not answer the phone or return my messages.
