Went in for a blood draw for my daughter who has never had one before and was quite scared and nervous. She needed 3 vials and the first 2 were filled properly but the 3rd, after being only partially filled, the phlebotomist said, "Oh, that should be enough." and pulled it. Turns out it wasn't as we got a message the next day saying she needs to have it redone for insufficient sampling amount. Ridiculous! My daughter was rightfully upset as was I. Just fill the vial next time. I did not catch the lady's name but she had a tattoo on her forearm. Please make sure your staff are all properly trained on how to draw blood.
