I had MOHS surgery today by the wonderful Dr. Jeffrey Parks and his team at Park's Dermatology. His MA, Sydney, was spectacular, and Jess and Brenda stopping in to check on me was so sweet. Brenda even kept her hand on me to make sure I was doing well. That really touched my heart. The absolute best! Great bedside manner and top notch care! Thank you guys for always being amazing!

Lindsay Mach RNP is fantastic. I never feel rushed, answers all my questions and is very patient. My husband had MOS surgery with Dr. Park - very efficient and good bedside Manor. Would highly recommended

I had the most enjoyable experience with Ashley today at Parks. She did my eye brows which was not an easy task as I had cancer in my eyebrow and now they look absolutely beautiful. She also did the first of three facial treatments which was so relaxing. I can’t wait to go back. Thank you Ashley.

I have been trying since mid December to set up a Mohs surgery appointment at the Ormond Beach location. After 8 emails and 8 returned calls to the two female appointment people, I still have gotten nowhere. I have no confidence in this place and and will go elsewhere.

Can’t say that I have ever felt more comfortable and at ease in a doctors office of any type. The entire staff is very professional and friendly. Hard to find in this day and age. The entire process feels personal rather than just another chart hanging on the wall. Sure helps relieve the stress and worry when dealing with health issues.

My young wife has skin cancer on her face. They threw her out of their practice due to her asking for HER own medical records to be faxed in order to get other medical opinions. They don’t care she has cancer. Zero care or compassion for people with real serious medical issues. Not even the scum of the earth treats people this bad.

First time here and i left full of confidence and feeling like a queen. Staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, timely and efficient. Ive been looking at this mole self conscious for over 30 yrs. I couldn't ever get a reasonable price for removal or even someone to remove it since it was cosmetic...that is until i found them. Theyre helping boost my confidence one visit at a time...gentle on the procedures and hardly a spot to show for it

First they charged me hundreds of dollars too much. Not one hundred, HUNDREDS! I called for months and they were rude sounding women who refused to fix it. Finally I went in and saw Meg for an appointment and told her and low and behold I was due HUNDREDS in a refund (and I have insurance!) Also every time I go Meg's big assistant reminds me of how I might be treated in prison (thankfully never been arrested) but if I had I'd imagine the scary big guards would treat me better than she does. I've talked to others (one a medical professional who no longer goes there) who agree with me. Also their Granada office is downright scary and the confusion of having two offices down the street from one another has led me three TIMES to not getting the treatment I came in for! And then when I did get a treatment (but really not what I wanted) I was charged 750 DOLLARS and knew that was wrong. I'll never go back there again and oh, in all the years I've NEVER met the actual doctors but plan to write them a long letter similar to this review letting them know what I think of their awful place. I wish I'd stopped going sooner but both locations are close to me (medical prof and I agree weird they have 2 down the street from each other) and my insurance covers them but NEVER again. Please stay away!
