Went in to get my knee checked out, by the time I could get an appointment the swelling had gone away. I wanted an MRI done on it, they said they would check with my Insurance and call me. Although I am paying them to help me, they said if you don't hear from us in 10 days give us a call. Long story short, checked with my insurance company, no requests from them, I haven't heard from them and it has been over three weeks. Funniest part of the story is they have this huge sign on the front of their building welcoming Veterans, I so happen to be a Veteran that went to combat, and this is how they treat us? Or maybe it is just me? I do not recommend...

The worst part about this place is they make you think you can afford help with no insurance. Then you get there and see someone like staci, who doesn't actually care. Nurse and upfront staff was great. I have a hole in my ear and constant pain. For $50 I got the same advice google had given me- decongestant. She said antibiotic shots don't exist. I'm not entirely sure she knew what she was even looking at when she looked at my ear for 5 seconds. Her only remark was "its a little red". I have an ear camera. It's severe. I would like to file a formal complaint for the lack of care received.

Waste of my time and money. Told me to take OTC medicine, even though I told her that I have been taking over-the-counter medicine for over five weeks. I wish I had never gone here. I just want to get well, but Staci doesn't care. She acted like I just had allergies. That is ridiculous. Allergies don't affect me like this. I needed an antibiotic to get rid of what I have, but she must not have wanted to help me -- for SOME reason. Hmmm, I wonder why. It's so sad to me when I meet someone in the health care field who has absolutely no business being in the field. I will have continue to suffer because OTC medicine isn't helping me at all. I might lose my job. I might die. But Staci doesn't care.

I came on for an injury on the inside of my mouth. Had accidentally bitten it and it was not healing. The “PA” said she was scripting amoxicillin. (It’s not infected). Went to Walmart to pick it up and they had not received the script. She Also said if that didn’t help I should be referred to a dermatologist “or something”. Not the level of care I’ve experienced in my life

Rude from the time I walked in to the time I left. Dec 23 Had UTI. IM NOT STUPID. Said I didn't. Went to ER Dec 26. Who told you you didn't have UTI? Suffered entire weekend. I'll never go back.

Terrible service. Since Jennifer left, it has gone downhill. My wife had blood work done and they never forwarded the results to our specialist. When I inquired about it, I was told that the fax machine was down. I have followed Jennifer to the clinic in Havasu. Wonderful people and service there at the Lake Havasu PrimaryCare.
