I have been there twice to get shots for my child. The first time I called before hand was told they give shots from 1-5. I showed up at 3:45 and was told I couldn't get my child shots. I had an appointment in the same buildig the next week. They told me that they would take care of it after my other appointment. When I got done I was again turned away. The reason I was given was they were doing paper work and giving my child shots would mess up there count. How hard is it to subtract one from the number you previously had and match an Id number on a vaccine.

Paragon Pain & Rehab doctor sent me here to get a COVID test bc I had a sick kid(w/ear infection) (ridiculous waste of resources, I had no symptoms)
