I am a new patient here and was very skeptical. When I initially called to see if I was indeed a patient in their database and that my insurance was one the accepted, I felt a little handled as the processing of all my information was being done without acknowledging my concern.

One the day of my initial appt, I had to press a doorbell to be given access to the multi-use building. Then told to take a picture for my profile. ALL OF THIS HAD ME VERY CONCERNED.

HOWEVER, All of the staff, from Check in to check out treated me with understanding, professionalism, and genuine care. I am glad this is my new Primary Care Provider. I left smiling, light hearted and resourced. Thank you Pareto Clinic for you Excellent Customer Care.

I recently had my first visit with Dr. Allen Okie, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the front office staff made me feel welcome with their warm and friendly demeanor. They were efficient and kind, which set a great tone for my visit.

The nurse practitioner was equally wonderful—understanding, supportive, and truly listened to my concerns. It was refreshing to feel heard and cared for without being rushed.

Dr. Okie himself was fantastic. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I left my appointment feeling confident in my care and grateful to have found such a great provider.

Very much underrated . Clean , Comfortable and PROFESSIONAL. Dr.Lee was very easy to talk too, I felt as if we had known each other for years, and it was my first visit. His staff is also very courteous and very well put together .

Casey Moore is literally the sweetest provider I've ever met. She's been nothing but helpful in actually finding me specialists that are in network for my chronic illnesses. She takes me seriously (which is something someone with chronic illnesses always appreciates) and makes sure to actually follow up on my referrals (unlike all my past providers). The rest of the staff has also been extremely kind, though I unfortunately don't remember anyone else's names 😅
