I was stunned by the quality of care I received here. Everything was free to me with One Medical through my work; I was sceptical going in and wasn't sure what to expect for "free". The building is clean with modern interior design against gorgeous historical architecture. I would say it took my breath away but that might have been the covid. The receptionists were friendly. The wait was under 5 minutes (I was a walk in). The doctor took time with me in a way you just don't see these days. She was young and upbeat and very knowledgeable. She prescribed me a few different things for my symptoms, two of which were over the counter medicines, but being prescribed instead of buying them over the counter allowed me to get them at no charge. I appreciated the generous prescriptions and generous doctor excuse. It was two less things I had to worry about while covid kicked my rear. In the 2 weeks after my appointment I reached out to Ellen a few times and she was as prompt and thorough as day one. I can't say enough good things about her manner. All around my experience was excellent. My only gripe is that this isn't a primary care! 🙁
