I recently used Parentis Health's home health service for my friend's parents who needed medical care and attention. I cannot thank the team at Parentis Health enough for the exceptional care they provided to my friend's parents. One of the aspects that impressed me the most was their attention to detail. They listened to every concern we had and took the time to understand the unique needs of the parents. They provided personalized care that was tailored to the parents' requirements, which helped in improving their quality of life.

Our family has been with parentis home health for several years now up until my father's passing and continued with my mom's care too. Their nurses are top notch and very helpful in communication with the doctors. Their assessments are spot on and they have been literally life savers! We really appreciate so many of their other in home
services: x-rays, blood tests, physical therapy and hospice. There are physical therapists have been so helpful to alleviate many aches and pains through exercise and been so informative. I cannot express enough gratitude for all their help with everything they've done for us!

Parentis helped me by sending physical therapists to my home. I am doing so much better than when I got out of the hospital. I gained so much confidence by doing the physical therapy exercises a few times a week in my home, I was in a wheelchair for months. My Grandmother is 88 years old, and has always been a traveler and very independent. When the time came to find a caregiver. She was not happy about it at all! They took time with our family as well as my grandmother to really get to know her personality and what her concerns where and also helped ease her anxiety about having a caregiver. Gloria is now a family member to us my grandmother won't go anywhere without her! Gloria is so good with her and layed back. She is right there with her providing her every need. Our family could not be more grateful for Parentis Health Senior Care! They provided a number of valuable services for us while our mother was in the final stages of congestive heart failure. While she was still at home, they helped with transportation to physicians’ offices, among other services. And when she was re-hospitalized at Saddleback Memorial, they came to see her. Tarek and Arda, the owners, are involved in all the daily operations of the company. They seem to work around the clock, because whenever we needed them, they responded within the hour!
Towards the end, our mother chose their hospice program and to live in one of their residential care homes located in Mission Viejo. The house, in a quiet, upscale neighborhood, quickly became our second home as we were there daily, at all hours, for 2+ months. The home was very clean, well-decorated and hospitable! Each meal was freshly prepared and when necessary, they made special meals which complied with her dietary needs. The full-time, live-in staff at the home were attentive, kind, compassionate, and very knowledgeable. The nursing staff who came each day provided excellent nursing care and daily updated the supervisory physician. The physician overseeing their hospice program, Dr. Max Diamond - is the most empathetic, attentive, and caring physician we have met. He came to the facility for bedside visits and stayed over an hour each visit - answering our questions with patience and great detail. We would unconditionally recommend the hospice program, through Parentis Health Senior Care for those families in Orange County.
The staff cared for not only our mother, but for our family and our friends who came to visit. It was like going to someone's home, not at all an institutional setting or feel to the dwelling.
When our mother passed away, the staff provided us with such intense personal support and care. They have continued to follow up with us in the subsequent months. Should we ever need such specialized care in the future, for a family member, we will not hesitate to reach out to them once again!

Parentis's caregiver takes care of my 97 year old Dad at night. Whether Dad sleeps well or not, Rolly, the caregiver, is very attentive, checks on him frequently, attends to his every need, and is very professional and compassionate. He leaves a notebook with his notes on a nightly basis so I know what Dad's night's been like. Parentis gives me a lot of confidence and peace of mind. Couldn't ask for more. Top to bottom, Parentis puts the "care" in caregiving.
