I have been going to this clinic since I was a toddler and am amazed by how much the service has improved and how nicely the patients are treated! I recently began coming to the seminars they hold here on Saturdays and I really enjoy coming to a safe space to learn and discuss things that are going to be useful to us for the rest of our lives. I highly recommend you come over and see the seminars for yourself anyone 14+ is welcome.

17 years coming to Para Latino clinic. I am very disappointed with the new employees. Very bad service. They say that appointments are more important than those who do not have an appointment, which are walkin. I feel disrespectful. I had to wait 8 hours, not for fun, but with my daughter having a fever. I do not recommend any new patients. 😐🤕🤷‍♀️

On top of the common waiting problem, now they make you sign a “no complain” document?
Para latinos, this is a costumer based industry, not a medical business. Insurance, government pays for the services, you guys get paid regardless. How about you invest on some funds to train staff and specially management on proper costumer service. Who knows maybe you get more patients, i mean clients in? To compare this establishment with the DMV in my head really sets the standard. Do better.

The wait time is ridiculous! Approximately 2hrs, at least! Only to be seen for max 10minutes! I’m sure they are charging medical and other insurances full one hour sessions. It’s wrong. (Review is for OB, next door building). Please see below.

You check in, then get called in maybe within 20mins (nurse inside does work fast and efficiently. Takes vitals and occasionally withdrawals blood), then get sent back out to the lobby.
You will approximately wait for an HOUR (at least or more) then get put in the doctor’s office (Dr. Barbosa), only to wait in there for another 30mins. When she finally decides to come in, she’ll maybe see you for 5mins! Unless you ask her any questions then you’ll prolong your time a little. But over all she does not educate you or give you any information regarding your pregnancy (which is something we really need, specially as first time moms). I wasn’t even informed that she will not be my delivery Doctor until I wanted to confirm one day. Smh. Horrible service on the doctors behalf.
My appointment today was at 10:30am, it is now 12:07pm and they haven’t put me in the doctors office yet to be seen by the doctor. Once I do get put in there, I’ll have to wait for another 30min before she comes in to see me. It is ridiculous! Parking is HORRIBLE too. And it’s like this every single time!
The lobby is always full of people waiting. I just don’t get why they have us waiting for so long went they only see us for max 10-15min (unless you have and ultrasound, add another 15min).
I wish I would have changed clinics sooner. I’m getting further along in my pregnancy and jst don’t have the patience for this type of treatment anymore. They don’t even take that into account. Smh. I’m so frustrated, mad and disappointed. I feel powerless.

Why make an appointment if you have to wait 1hour to be seen ? Utterly one of the worst doctors office that I have been to. Why over schedule your patients? I don’t understand the logic behind that. It’s a pediatrician office and has no area designated for children. Just one big screen playing a movie. I would highly suggest you take your children else where and if you are okay with waiting 2+hrs to be seen you are more than welcome to come to this office.

The receptionists here tell you, "Ahorita les llamamos" (we'll call you right now). But the right now means 5 hrs wait time. We have already seen 4 movies.

I’ve been coming here with Dr Tran for years he was my pediatric doctor. He’s a great doctor but my negative review it’s to the office. Wait times are ridiculous. I came Friday and it looked like they had full staff but there was no seats so I said I would return Saturday and it’s worse! I’ve been sitting here for 2 hours! I think it’s time to find a new doctor this will be my last visit.

Update: I was there for 4 hours and had a 5min consult. PPO patients don’t waste your time here!
