Dr. Svendsen visit was horrible. I did not have to wait very long to get to a room but I waited over a half hour to see her and there were no other patients. Then I was moved into another room where she was already sitting. She seemed very uninterested. She interrupted me while I was trying to talk about why I was there and previous medical history. She brought up my weight numerous times and then tried to tell me that my problems were nothing more than laziness. I am no more than ten pounds overweight. After a second visit were she refused to entertain that something more could be done, I switched doctors.

I have been a regular patient of Dr. Svendsen's for the past year. I am happy to have found such a caring doctor. She listens carefully and has offered thoughtful approaches to my health problems that have really helped me. I appreciate her attempts to look deeper into the underlying causes of illness that can be treated with more natural (and less pharmaceutical) approaches to obtaining good health. Nutrition and vitamins, along with hormone replacement have greatly improved my health and well being. This is a doctor that looks at the bigger picture with a more holistic approach to healing. I am grateful for this kind and thoughtful doctor that is willing to go the extra mile for her patients. I also appreciate the way she always greets me with a smile. She is a gem.

My entire family has been using Dr. Svendsen for the last two years. We have had nothing but great experiences with her. She actually sat and spoke to me and my 18 year old son for over an hour when he was having some health related issues due to some bad lifestyle choices he was making. It turned into a family therapy session. It really helped because my son took her advice to heart. He is doing much better now, and his health is improving. I really appreciated the time she took with us and the support she provided to me as a mother.

There should be a column labeled terrible to poor because I can't even rate Dr. Svendsen as fair... I went to her for my annual women's exams and my pre-deployment preparation. I won't go in depth about how awful this woman was but I will certainly graze the surface. For the women from FWB, the only other doctor that I am aware of for the women's exams is Dr. Nguyen (whom is excellent and I recommend the wait period for appointments).
Dr. Svendsen is just a very unpleasant woman. Going through her for my pre-deployment prep was a nightmare! She was impatient and beyond unprofessional. Anytime I brought paperwork for her to fill out she legitimately rolled her eyes and would say, "really, more paperwork! I thought we were done with this..." and sigh but luckily, fill out what was needed and/or sign. As a professional in the medical field, one would think someone would not act like this. Save yourselves a headache and find a doctor that has a little bit more professionalism because this woman's behavior is completely unacceptable.

Apparently this doctor's clinic was doing poorly, so she decided to join TelADoc to help compensate her paycheck. We were the unfortunate people whose call she took. We called in with a case of super lice that no OTC treatment and no amount of washing has fixed so far.

This "doctor" told us that we had better call in five times if we wanted to cover our family, because she was only being paid to write a prescription enough for one person. And that's what she pointedly did.

If we had gone to any decent family practice, they would've given us enough treatment for the entire family, because lice is very contagious amongst family members. Calling in an additional four times over the same issue is beyond ridiculous.

This "doctor" doesn't care about her Hippocratic oath or her patients. The only thing she cares about is getting paid. She should be dropped from TelADoc and close her practise, because she's an insult to doctors everywhere.

My experience with Dr. Svendsen has been great. Great office staff that is professional and caring. I would recommend her to anyone. I have not had any issues with her and she has been my Doctor for the last four years.

Appallingly unprofessional. Even tried the "aesthetic services". She couldn't remember why I was there, and attempted to inject me in the wrong location (with the wrong quantity of product) and I was bruised for over a week. This coupled with horrid medical/PCM "care"... Just because it say "Women's " wellness, doesn't mean it is. There are many other highly QUALIFIED doc's in the area---Do your research, find a real care giver.
