We took a friend in who was very sick, they didn’t even checked him out or nothing, they told us their systems were down to take him to Desert regional center. They said they don’t have what he needed. The fact they didn’t even checked him, take temperature, check vitals (they didn’t even touched him). It is a disgrace, a building with just the name of hospital but empty and lacking professional care.

The Doctor in command was hilarious. She admitted to being a complete monster most of the time, "her nurses do all the real work." I can respect that. I showed up with a heart attack and a scorpion 🦂 sting on the foot. She kept asking the wrong question, and I got to take a ride in an Emergency Medical Transportation HELICOPTER. I don't recommend getting bit by a scorpion.

Absolutely garbage emergency room.
I went in because it was the only provider easily accessable to me at the time.
I sat in a chair for 5 hours.
Spoke to the doctor for less than 5 minutes.
Had an x-ray for my shoulder to assess tissue damage, which is entirely pointless. I was then told I would be discharged and that I had "muscle strain" I knew that. I wanted to know how bad or if I tore something. Worst medical experience and largest waste of time in my life. Also the nurses were curt and short with me. I will never go back to that hospital even if Im bleeding out. I'd rather die then be treated like I was.

I was there on Saturday morning and can’t say enough good things about this hospital. Every single employee from check in to discharge was absolutely amazing. They treated me so well and took great care of me. There was no wait and they got me treated immediately. I can’t thank you all enough!
