There office staff is completely incompetent. They cannot answer simple questions. They are rude. They all need to be trained. It's so bad I am transferring PCs. They will probably be worse now if I need anything seeing as my name is on the review but honestly how could it get worse. If your going to be stupid at least be nice. If your going to be rude at least be compliant. Why the practice is paying these people is truly a wonder.

I am a long time patient and there’s a reason for that! The staff is quick, efficient, and professional. The only thing that would make it better would be same day appointments but other than that I cannot fault Palo Verde Family Care! Update I did just get a same day appointment so that’s wonderful!
